  Had a new roof installed 7 years ago, complete tear off including sheathing. We now need a new roof due to the poor quality of installation. Ice and water shield not properly installed, no drip edge. The company had to come out many times due to a large velux skylight was installed incorrectly. A second skylight had flashing that had become detchached and was sticking up in it air causing water to leak into a bathroom. The owner came out and hammered it back into place, then blamed home's construction for the leaks, suggesting I should demo my ceilings to find the cause of the issue. We're now out of warranty and several contractors have told us our roof was very poorly installed, finding nail holes in the shingles, shingles that don't lay flat causing water to pool on our low slope roof. I spoke with the foreman on site during the work who told me he was a subcontractor, and the workers he had were subcontracted by him! We're extremely frustrated to have to replace our roof that is less than 10 years old.

  Landmark Roofing did a great job. Scheduling was tricky due to storms, but once set, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. Knowing your home’s features—skylights, dormers, chimney flashings—helps the process go smoothly. Their sales team was responsive and quick with estimate updates. Overall, a strong experience.

  Thoughtful, efficient and skilled crew who replaced our roof and gutters. Excellent communication and pricing and it looks fantastic. The crew also happily came back for a change that we requested after the fact. Highly recommend.

  Jim was our salesman and did a great job at explaining all aspects of roofing to help us make a good decision and also we installed the gutter guards as well. The best part was not being coerced to sign that day and there was no pressure involved. Great company , affordable and all the workers were very competent and nice !

  I had a great experience with Landmark Roofing. Bob Doyle was easy to work with, he answered all of my questions ( I had many!) and he explained everything I needed to know about my project, which included a new roof, new gutters/downspouts and gutter guards. His pricing was fair and his team of installers were very professional and were very meticulous in their work. I would definitely hire this company again!
