My experience with this company has been very unthoughtful. Being a neighbor, high winds and burning while the winds are high. The smoke is overwhelming. I had to leave home from smoke inhalation. He did not care even when I told him I could not breathe twice. It has been smoldering all night. I am up at 230am trying to breathe. I would have hoped he could wait and burn when the winds stopped. I don’t know about his roofs, but being a neighbor is horrible. Sunday, Monday am 01/20/25 01/25/2025. I did receive an apology from a nice woman about the burning. She did stop from burning leaves and is only burning branches now. The smoke has been less. I hope they will be done soon. I appreciate her helping with the smoke problem. Thank you!

Mr. Land is very personable and attentive when speaking with him.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Land Roofing Company. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
