After what my mother went through and after talking to a flatbed driver that came to pickup the unauthorized shingles dropped in the driveway I can only assume that the 5 star ratings are false. The people in this company are straight up thieves. They target the elderly. And tried to rip off my mother, who has early onset dementia. High pressure sales tactics ( OH,we can lock in this price if your willing to sign, we'll can give you these shingles because there already in our whse) all LIES. She signed a contract for them to replace the roof for $34,000. I got other estimates, anyway of around $10,000 local roofers. According to the contract you have 3 bussiness days to cancel, she did. Then 2 days later 3 palettes of shingles were delivered in the driveway, blocking my car in the garage, for 4 days, before a driver came to get them. The driver told me about that company. Here's my theory: They get the contracts signed by any lies necessary. Then contract the job out to local contractors for alot less $$ keeping a profit (in my mother's case) of over $23,000. Nice scam huh. I also learned that Southern National has several lawsuits, against them of riping people off. NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT BEFORE GETTING OTHER ESTIMATES there's to many dishonest people in this world.

This company is a scam. They offered a “deal for seniors who are low income” which is purely click bait. The cost of the roof was more than double what it should have been and they will not stop harassing us with phone calls! We’ve been asking them to remove from list and they will not stop!

Don't appreciate sleepy door to door sales techniques. You had 3 guys ignore my no soliciting and private property signs here in Sumter today, trying to tell my mother that our roof is "in pretty bad shape", when it is a 25 year roof just done in 2015. Attached is a picture of my "pretty bad" roof.

Run! Andrew quoted us over $75,000 for a new roof. I was working as a stylist on a client's hair the morning Andrew provided an estimate. We declined Andrew's offer 3 times, as his quote was too high. We told him we need to get a few more quotes before making a decision. Meanwhile I had to step out side for 10-15 minutes while working to repeatedly decline the offer. Each time Andrew lowered the cost of the shingles stating we could get a promotional rate appropriately $28,000, (which was still inflated by $6,000). Andrew said the monthly payment would be about $350. We declined and said that amount is not in our budget. Andrew stated he could check with the finance team to get us a lower monthly payment and give us discounted shingles that were already at their facility. My husband and I stated that we can't afford a $350 payment. Andrew suggested that fiance could check the numbers and extend the term of the loan to help lower the payment. Therefore my husband agreed to have a credit check so we could get an accurate quote. Without my knowledge, Andrew had my husband "sign" to authorize a credit check. Then left our home stating he would follow up with my husband in a few days. Approximately 1 week later my husband received a call from Brennan stating our shingles would be delivered to us the following Tuesday. He said the monthly payment is $356 for 12 years. Wait, what! Andrew told my husband he needed a signature for a credit check but he actually tricked my husband into signing a contract without his knowledge. After further review of the contract, I was prepared to contact my lawyer because this was unacceptable. I had a brief call with Andrew about his tactics. He said he is in the roofing business not the finance business. Yet he was acting like an accountant when he was at our home giving his ridiculously estimate. Andrew showed his true colors during the call. I elected not to curse him out because I knew we were in a tough predicament. The small pri

My fiance and I were not made aware that we were signing a contract at our dining room table. We told the sales guy repeatedly that we did not want our roof to be done as of right now do to financial reasoning of a family of five. He was very pushy we broke and agreed to a 12 month financial agreement that would start in March 2026. He made a phone call which we agreed on a $421.00 a month payment. We had a really rough week last week so we were not answering phone calls and while I was at work the sales operator called me 6 times! Smh. At this point no I do not want to work with them. The sales rep showed up at our door this morning with financial agreement paperwork which went up to 17.99% interest rate and our payment being $589.00 a month! Absolutely NOT! I will not keep this contract! They have not started the roof they just showed up and we found the roofing supplies in our driveway with no delivery date or anything. I do not want my roof done by this company. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

I had to call the police on them. 1st, they disregarded all the no tresspassing/no soliticiting signs. Then on the door with the HUGE sine that says no soliticiting, it also has in big letters, do not ring the bell of knock. They tried to open the door first, then beat on it. Also, they lied, said they were helping the neighbor, I know all the neighbors and NONE of them are having roofing work done, then they said they saw problems on my roof just like my neighbors had, well, 3 of my neighbors have new metal roofs, and just a few months ago after a hail storm, I called 3 reputable roofing companies, ALL said my roof was fine. Why would anyone want to do business with a company that the employees can't read and try to break and enter your house and tell you things at are not true?

Andrew was very knowledgeable in helping us figure out what was wrong with the roof and the best way for us to go about getting it fixed. The builders did a great job with the roof and they were able to come out alot sooner than we expected (within a week). There was some minor debri that we saw afterward on the ground, but we are very happy with the finished roof and the cleanup after.

The quality and application of the roof looks to be great along with the color. The install was quick, less than a day. The sales tactics can be a little pushy, but we can relax knowing we have a good install with everything certified and in code.

Southern National did a wonderful job on our roof! Andrew was awesome and very thorough. They didn't get to finished it in the same day and we had a bad storm hit us that night. My husband was worried that the roof was getting wet, so we called Andrew and he said they always cover it and make sure it's water tight before they leave. He could tell my husband was still worried so he came out at 10pm in the rain and made sure it was all covered and walked around outside with my husband so ease his concerns. The crew got back early the next morning and informed Andrew that there was nothing wet and he informed that to my husband as well. We were impressed that he would come out to ease our minds! Very impressed with the whole company!
