  Hired this company to shovel my roof in the winter time, he shoveled right down to the shingles and cause damage to my roof. Now I’m struggling with a leak. Highly would not recommend, I will be contacting a different company.

  We have never completed work for you Samatha and you should post up legimate reviews instead of fictious ones against buisnesses that you have never hired.Furthermore your profile is not even Canadian and Goggle allows spammers to leave comments with no recourse.

  We started off with high expectations, but found out too late it was just another company scam. We had our cottage roof re-shingled this spring. The Lake of Bays website advertised a "Proud to offer a 15% discount to seniors", the main contributing factor in our decision to use Lake of Bays. After receiving our final invoice, they disputed our discounted balance owing and stating the 15% wasn't applicable to "our roofing replacement" and sited it was only for "snow removal"…" extra roofing materials" … and several other impromptu conditions. After a phone conversation with James Smith (co-owner) he agreed they would honor their advertised special (that coincidentally was removed from their website the next day) and our balance was e-transferred. Now, after waiting several months we made an inquiry to Lake of Bays about our warranty registration, which is a contract item that we paid for in advance. Our reply from Jason Bolduc (co-owner) was that unless we paid the additional 15% our roof warranty would not be registered/forwarded. High expectations…..LOW company ETHICS….be careful!

  Al white is a client of ours that we gave a discount to beyond our minimal installation rates to help Mr White stay within his allocated budget. Mr white requested the price be changed four times over the course of the estimate.We told Mr White that his cottage had several issues that needed to be addressed along with multiple bad sheets of plywood warping. Mr White agreed to a set contract that defined the steps in order for completion of job the invoice remaining must be paid in full. Once we started the project to replace the damaged wood we found extensive Stachybotrys (Black Mold) growth. We advised Mr White that there is an extra cost to replace the damaged insulation and lack of venting channels that caused the mold growth to occur. As an professional concerned contractor we could not ignore the health issues that would arise if left without remediation. Mr White agreed to replace some of the concerned area and work was commenced. Apon the final adjusted invoice Al White did not answer our communications he then used our good nature as a concerned contractor on our seniors discount for snow removal to alleviate his extra material costs with a seniors discount even though Mr White is not a senior.

  We hired Jason and his crew to replace the roof on our older house which has various slopes and angles. From the start Jason was really helpful and provided practical recommendations regarding the best solutions to address the issues we had with our old roof. Lake of Bays Exterior Solutions completed our roof in a timely manner, especially given the weather this Spring, and the work is high quality. Thanks Jason!

  Lake of Bays Exteriors did an excellent job on my roofing project. It was a tricky one that involved various roof angles and the end result was professional and looks great. It was refreshing to work with someone who showed up when they said they would, did the job the right way and at the cost they said they would do it for and left the site clean and tidy. Jason at Lake of Bays Exteriors is part of a rare breed. I have no problem recommending him.

  Hired Lake of Bays Exterior Solutions to get rid of the ice that built up look at a problem with my roof...good job, got all the ice off, even tho it was raining. showed up same day too...
