The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd.. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

So grateful for Bay Roofing & Exteriors! We had a major ice back up issue a few weeks ago, very late at night. I cannot express the gratitude we have for such a skilled and professional company. The headache and potential damage costs they saved us with their quick response were truly incredible, When no one else answered the phone, Bay Roofing was there for us, Some who claimed 24/7 emergency services did not answer or return our calls until days later. Because of their response time and how effective they were at stopping the leak so quickly we decided to move ahead with a roof quote and now they have us booked in for the spring to update our roof. What i can say for sure is that Mark and his team care about their customers or even people like us who weren’t past customers but desperate for help, They did not shy away from us, They Saved us potential Thousands. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend the Bay Roofing and exteriors team!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
