  This company does not stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs unless you get in writing exactly what work will be done, the products they will use (they tried to install left over insulation from another job that had different R- Values), a written warranty and a copy of their insurance policy for future concerns . Be prepared to take them to Small Claims Court when they refuse to answer your calls. Very disappointed.....Gary Sr. shook my hand 4 months ago and said he "would stand behind the work they did (incorrectly) in the attic and make it right". Mold is no joking matter. I've been calling ever since....... no response. Very unethical company. Talk about taking the money and run !

  In 2024, my home sustained damage from a wind and hail storm. My neighbors, who also sustained damages, had their roof replaced and highly recommended Kramer Restoration. After contacting them, they responded immediately. Not only did I find them to be knowledgeable and honest, but Gary’s experience in handling insurance claims helped guide me through an extremely stressful ordeal with my insurance company. With persistence and expertise, I was able to get my roof fully covered and replaced. This year, I needed assistance again when a pipe began leaking. Gary Sr. came to my home right away to assess the situation and provide guidance. Their plumber promptly repaired the pipe, and Gary, Kate and his team also identified mold issues, which they addressed immediately. I have complete trust in Kramer Restoration to, once again, complete this project thoroughly and professionally. Just last week, I called Gary about an ice dam issue. Gary Sr. was at my home within 10 minutes. His team cleared the ice from my roof and kindly cleared the snow from my walks and deck — truly going well beyond the call of duty. I feel extremely comfortable with this entire team — Gary and his family, as well as the dedicated people who work alongside them. This is a family business, and their genuine care for their customers is quite evident.

  Katie came out on the same day that I contacted her, which was just after a historic colt snap that Has caused problems all over the state. She was professional and incredibly helpful and explaining the ice dam that appeared on our roof, causing leaks. We agreed upon a price to remove the snow and she scheduled an appointment for the very next day. When a personal issue forced me to cancel, she refunded my money on the spot with no questions asked. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Even though we did not use Kramer Restoration for this project, we will definitely consider using them for the larger remediation that will Follow next month. Can’t recommend their customer service highly enough!

  Kramer Restoration scrambled to remediate some mold in my mother’s basement after a flood. Extremely responsive, on the phone with Gary at 8:30 last night and the crew was there at 8:30 this morning. Took care of the whole job in one day and the result was fantastic. I’d recommend them for any reconstruction or remediation needs!! Many thanks for the timely manner in which this was handled.

  I had an issue with a roof leak again but thanks to Kramer Restoration, they came to take care of it with no problem. Very thankful and grateful to the father and son duo who handled the job with ease. Would definitely call again. Thank you guys!

  Would recommend this company. Had a plumbing issue and they responded very quickly and gave me options of late night visit or wait until first thing the next day. The 2 employees that showed up were professional and as nice as could be. Will be using them again as needed in the future.

  Gary and his team were quick to respond when our roof was damaged in a storm. They completed the roof repair/replacement and did the water damage clean-up in a high quality manner. Highly recommend!
