Jordan came to our home to complete an estimate on August 7th following the severe hailstorm in NW Calgary. He told us at the time that he would send an estimate within a couple of days, and once we have our approval from insurance we would be at the top of his list as we were the first to call him following the storm. As he was very responsive we also referred him to our neighbor who also called him for an estimate. Since then Jordan has not returned any calls or emails and never did send an estimate so we are stuck at square one seeking a new contractor. We even mentioned that we are comfortable postponing the actual repairs until the new year as we know how busy contractors are with repairs but for whatever reason we have been ghosted and now don’t even know if the estimate from our insurance company is reasonable. Very disappointed and confused.

I do have to say without a doubt my wife and I could not have been more happy with Jordan and his team from roofing to eaves and siding our house was in quite bad shape and Kraft got everything going and got our house back to beautiful. Jordan did not do the repairs to our house windows but when I called him to ask his advice he answered and talked with my window installers to come up with a solution to make our house look even better. If you are in need of any exterior repairs I highly recommend Jordan and his team of hard workers as somebody who is in the service side of construction it is so great to see a guy who is passionate about helping his clients, very knowledgeable and wanting you to be happy with your finished product and all round experience not to mention just a guy who loves his job is a breath of fresh air. Angel and I can not thank you enough Jordan it was so great having you and your guys make our house a home again. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so very much.

We had our roof, fascia, soffit and eaves trough replaced by Kraft exteriors and a not insignificant amount of hidden water damage repaired once it was exposed. Any time an issue was uncovered they made sure it was properly repaired and not just closed up as many people will do to get the job done faster. Jordan and the crew assigned to my house, lead by Randy, were great to deal with and the work done was excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable and the level of quality they hold themselves to is certainly far above average. We have a house built in 1960 that had several reroofs done and the previous roofing material was never removed beforehand. In fact, the original tar and gravel roof was still under all the layers. Even with the several challenges this provided to properly get the roof repaired and replaced, they went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. There is a rather lengthy list of things that needed to be corrected and I’m very thankful I selected Kraft Exteriors. I highly recommend selecting them for your project, anyone I know who is even thinking about doing their roof or exterior I always recommend Jordan.
