We have tried and tried to contact Keith Melady about our leaking roof that he installed. He has still failed to come out and fix it or answer any calls or text messages. Total disappointment. My drywall is getting ruined and it seems he has no care in the world to come help us. We had our complete roof and flats replaced by them.

Lori. We have come out several times and had appointments , with no answer when we arrived. We have pictures and records of our visits and the problems. Please call or leave message here. We want to help get the problem resolved. As of 5-12-26 we left several messages for you with no response. I came by again with all the rain we have been getting lately, no answer when I knocked on your door. I left a card at your front door on 7/6/2026

Keith and his team of roofers were very professional. Keith explained everything from start to finish. The price is fare and reasonable. They did a great job from start to finish including cleaning up. When they left, the outside of my home looked like nothing even happened. I would definitely recommend him.

Kieth installed all new ridge vents down the length of our house and repaired a good section of our roof that had water damage. He is honest and does amazing work. Will be getting the whole roof replaced by him and his team soon. Thank you for the great work!

Keith Melady roofing has done work on my personal homes numerous times always doing an incredible job. I have referred him to many customers of mine all of which absolutely love everything about the company. They have always found any problems on any roof I’ve ever sent them on to check out. Highly recommend it.
