I’ve not used this company. But I can say that based on the person driving a truck with this company’s label on the side, I would never. I write this review after nearly being rear ended by a clearly distracted and …

Called and spoke with Shelby on 3/25; Rick called back on 3/26, saying he thought he returned the call but had not. He said he would come out to my home on 3/28, lo and behold, no call, no text, no show. Still no follow up to this day. This was a bad referral by State Farm. No longer needing their unreliable services.

Just had a brand new roof installed. Cannot say enough positive things about Rick Crosby. He is professional, knows his business in and out, is fair and cares about his clients. You cannot go wrong with this group - they are professional, knowledgeable and very caring (a somewhat rare occurrence these days!). You cannot go wrong with Rick and his group. His crew who did my roof was amazing. And don't forget Shelby, his office manager. She is amazing as well - knowledgeable, professional and kind.

After we had a hail storm come thru here in April and seeing that there were a few roofs being replaced in our area, we knew it was time to call a roofer. We decided to contact Katy Roofing & Remodeling due to the reviews. Rick came out the following day and explained how the process would work and how to file with our insurance company due to we had never filed a claim before. My husband and I have been in construction for over 25 years and are very familiar with working with contractors and their subs. We ended up having 4 different subs out here due to the different items affected by the hail, all of them scheduled by Rick. Rick was right here every day to make sure that everything was going as scheduled. The QUALITY of materials and WORK BY ALL is absolutely fantastic! Due to us using Katy Roofing based upon reviews, I decided that I would also include ours. We Thank you for the exceptional job!

Called a few companies and got quotes. Chris from Katy Roofing sat with me and explained everything from start to finish. Went out of his way to relax my mind and worries. Top notch service.

We recently purchased a home that was in need of a new roof. Insurance wouldn’t cover the repairs so we were stuck covering the cost ourselves. I have shopped around and made the decision to go with Katy Roofing because they hooked us up with premium shingles at a reasonable price. Install was seamless. They even covered my pool during the install and sent over a pool company afterward to clean and check the parameters. Thanks Katy Roofing…A+ experience!

I worked with Katy Roofing & Remodeling to replace my old roof. Rick and his crew were very professional, responsive to questions, did a great job both installing the roof and maintaining a clean area. If you're looking for a new roof, be sure to give them a call.
