  Update: I've been trying to get a copy of the final invoice to submit to insurance for weeks now. Multiple calls and messages to the answering service. No reply. If this is any indication of how they handle business if you have any kind of issues after install then I'd 100% AVOID.

  The journey to get a new roof was significantly eased by the support from Apex Roofing Solutions, Inc. and Jeremy who assisted me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them as a roofing company; their dedication and service have truly exceeded my expectations.

  I reached out to Apex Roofing in late 2024 after a series of weather events, including hail, derecho, Beryl, etc. in the Cypress area. Chris was very responsive, did a thorough inspection of our roof, showed me proof of the damage, explained how it occurred, and then worked with our insurance company to get this all sorted out. He was extremely professional, responded to all my queries in a timely manner, presented me with various options including pricing and quality of shingles. After I made the decision, the work was done swiftly. There were a couple of minor issues during the new roof installation, but Chris sorted it all out very quickly and make sure I’m fully satisfied. I have recommended Apex to many of my friends and they all have good things to say about Chris and the company. Highly recommended.

  John was our local rep he was great helped with the handling of our insurance claims to make sure we got the most out of our coverage and also oversaw our installation. Would highly recommend.

  Chris came out to inspect my roof for storm damage. He helped walked me through the insurance process and made it very simple for me to get a new roof

  Chris and his team were very professional, and productive. They did a fantastic job on my house after some major damages. They made my house look brand new. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to help repair their damaged home
