This company was amazing, professional and communicated incredibly well. The work they did was well explained and really perfection. Family operated business, really lovely people. VERY accessible when you have questions and clear answers. They showed when they said. Couldn’t ask for more.

I cannot say enough good things about JV Roofing. It was an absolute pleasure working with them from start to finish. From the moment I called, I felt taken care of. Within just a few days, they had someone on my roof performing a thorough inspection. My roof was nearly 30 years old, had multiple leaks, and several other issues. They walked me through everything they found, explained exactly how they planned to fix it, and answered every question I had. They are licensed, insured, and the roof comes with an extensive warranty. Citlaly arrived with samples of different roofing materials, colors, and underlayments. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between each option so I could make an informed decision. Everyone I dealt with was warm, professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. That same day, they provided me with an extremely detailed, itemized estimate outlining every aspect of the project. The pricing was very fair, and the scope of work actually exceeded my expectations. The only unknown was the amount of wood that might need to be replaced once the old roof was removed, which they explained upfront because it couldn't be determined beforehand. The entire process was incredibly convenient. All of the paperwork was handled electronically through e-signatures, making everything quick and easy. Once I approved the estimate, they had a crew on my roof within two weeks. The crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time every morning, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and were always friendly and respectful. They would even smile and wave as I took my dogs outside. They were efficient, organized, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. I work during the day, so they completed everything while I was gone. Every evening when I came home, the job site was spotless. Not just "picked up," it was immaculate. My driveway and b

Excellent job done on replacing an about 150 feet of damaged fascia along the roofline on our tiled roof. They had to remove 2 rows of tile, the existing rain gutters (which were reused), & then tear out & replace the fascia. JV Roofing’s workers worked hard & the new fascia looks great! Price was very reasonable for all that had to be done. We highly recommend them!

This company was so easy to work with! Answered all our questions; showed us good quality roofing materials; and dropped off color samples quickly. Once we got the bid and accepted it, our installation date was set to start in 8 days. The crew was here five days total to complete the roof, from tear-off, to inspection clearance, to completely new roof. They cleaned up our property each day before leaving. We highly recommend JV Roofing!
