The woman who took my call struggled to communicate. I have a 100 year-old terne metal roof that needs re-coating. She looked on-line to see the roof and said it wasn't this specific tin shingle that is high-end, maybe, because she …

This company is horrible!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away!!! This guy was supposed to fix a leak by my chimney. He does not give any estimate, just states do not worry he will fix and it will not cost much at all. A couple days later, he sends out 2 guys who bang around for a while on the roof and leave. A month later comes a bill for over $700. Way too much for the work done, but I paid anyway. Fifteen days later, it rains and I have the exact same leak in exact same place as what he supposedly repaired. We called and he does not warranty his work. He states that this must be a "new" issue. He was rude and condescending on the phone with my wife. This is not a nice man! You do not want to deal with him ever! Stay away!!

Dear Dale, thank you for your review. We as a company appreciate your feedback. Duties performed were inspection of roof conditions, caulked around counter flashing, multiple holes caulked on shingles, replaced pipe boot, and removed debris from rear guttering where chimney joins. We advised roof was in need of full re-roof replacement. Sincerely, Denise C.

They did a great job on my roof replacement. Couldn't be more happier with the way it looks. They did everything as quoted including a great cleanup job.

JMS Roofing replaced my roof. It looks great and we have had no problems. They did a great clean up job. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

JMS has done work for me several times over the years. My roof is a tricky one- ceramic tile. The most recent repair was of a chronic (90-plus years) leak at a chimney. It was difficult work, and demanded meticulous attention, which it received at the hands of JMS's expert, seasoned crew. It is not every day that one can find a company who will address such a project, much less with such a thoroughgoing understanding of its entailments. This quality of work is no doubt the result of the reciprocal loyalty enjoyed at JMS. Highest recommendation, and once again, many thanks.

Mike and his team are fantastic to work with. The professionalize that they bring to every project is rare and sorely needed. The communication and expectations are wonderful. Mike, Denise and the rest of the team are simply the best around. It is nice to find contractors that you fully trust and believe in.
