  Do NOT use these people, they have no ideal what they are doing and we had to rework almost everything they did, then they took pictures and tried to take credit for the work we did. Disorganized and lousy work ethics. Save yourself the headaches, and use someone else!

  Terrible service did not complete fixing our house. They took up to 2 months without starting which was a delay and a lot of miscommunication and no word whatsoever. We were told our house was going to be fixed on a certain date it never did as a matter of fact they abandoned the job even after being paid. They asked for more and more money each time. Do not recommend at all if you are looking for a reliable trustworthy company to get your home fixed.

  If there was a negative-star rating, I would use it. They hung my wallpaper upside down!!!- UPSIDE-DOWN!!, took forever to finish the project, and two months after the kitchen remodel, two of the drawers in the cabinet fell apart. They did offer to come back and redo the wallpaper but I refused to let them back on my property.

  JM Roofing built a permanent awning over my patio. Ever since losing all my mature Oak trees in the Rogers 2024 Tornado, the sun just beats down on the back of my house. I called JM Roofing to inquire about building an awning and the experience was a great one. Detailed architecture plans were sent with the quote, Communication was great and it turned out fantastic. Very heavy duty awning. The workers were all very nice, polite and answered any questions I had. JM Roofing does not only do roofing, they do almost anything construction related. I would not hesitate to hire JM Roofing again for any home construction needs!

  AMAZING. I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with a roof leak since a tornado hit our home last year. The leak didn't make itself known until after the months-long drought had passed -- and Progressive Insurance insists the tornado couldn't possibly have caused the damage, which didn't exist before the tornado, so they won't pay for it. When I called them for what I thought was just a ceiling fan leak, JM Roofing's team brought the right equipment and went well above and beyond to help me: 1) Identify the actual problem and the full extent of the leak/damage -- which turned out to span half the house, along the entire length of the roof! 2) Identify what repairs I'd need to make. 3) Fought actively and admirably for MONTHS with my insurance to try and get them to cover the repairs! 4) Showed up with amazing service, care, and consideration -- matched only by their competence, ability to explain what was happening and why, and knowledge of how to remedy the problem at the best possible cost to me. Ultimately, I could not afford the repairs without the insurance paying out, but JM Roofing made sure I understood the next steps and encouraged me pursue the repairs at a lower cost (I'm largely doing it DIY now, against my wishes), rather than pushing me to borrow on financing just so they could make a sale, as many contractors I've known would do. If you need a roof repair without another headache, do yourself the favor and call JM Roofing.

  We needed help doing a carport renovation at our son's house in Farmington, Arkansas and we live in Oregon. We met with Jane and Joy on site. one day and mapped out the idea with our son and from then on, they collaborated with our 35-year-old son, helped him make decisions, were on time , worked through 90° heat, had all inspections on time and correct. This was to be a dog kennel room for our son's dog training, business, and Joy came up with the great idea of using an exterior door between the dog room and the rest of the house to block both the noise and the odors of the dogs, so it has its own mini split for air and heat. Brilliant idea. They collaborated with our choice of flooring expert. Joy did a 3-D modeling of what it would look like on the exterior so we could choose the windows. Everything was great, on time, came in under budget! Highly recommend .

  After a pipe burst in our home, they worked with us to get everything restored as quickly as possible. In addition to replacing all the flooring, a few walls and base-boarding- they also took on a small, separate, project of updating the bathroom. I’m a very particular and detail oriented person. As such, I’ve had several negative experiences with other contractors in NWA. But everyone at JM did an outstanding job, even by my standards! We really appreciated everyone’s attention to detail and their willingness to educate us on their processes with kindness and transparency. They placed care and attention on the planning and communication process right at the start and that made a positive difference during the work itself. We will be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend anyone else to give them a call as well!

  Everything from the initial visit to daily text updates to the cleanliness of the workers AND the quick turn around!! I’m beyond happy with our completed shower and fully painted bathroom! 10/10 recommend
