  I made an appointment for a bid. Chris showed up as scheduled (on time) and took all the measurements. He told me that I should expect the bid via email within 2 - 3 days. After two weeks of waiting I called him and he told me that he submitted it to his "boss" and didn't understand why I never got a bid. He then went on to tell me that I should receive it within 2 to 3 hours. Well it's been 3 days. Still nothing! In the interim, have made several calls. I finally got hold of someone today. I asked to speak to owner or management of company and after being on hold for several minutes was told that she couldn't reach anyone and was offered voicemail. I guess this company is so busy and cash rich that they don't need business. They certainly won't be getting mine.

  This company is AMAZING!! Joe handled the resurfacing of our deck in Malibu. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They have excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

  JH3 roofing are good people, Shannon was able to help me schedule their technician Joe to visit our house in Moorpark to check out possible problems with our t-top vents. I would recommend this company for local roof repair.

  Quality people, helpful recommendations and quality clean work. I trusted the experience and knowledge of Chris and his crew and I now have a beautiful new roof. Even with a small material delay the roof was done in 3 days. My wife and I are very happy.

  A few years ago, J.T. Harris repaired a persistent roof leak at our residence where other roofers had been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Recently, they completed an extensive repair and tune-up on our commercial building. These guys are the best, a seasoned crew that knows what they're doing. Knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

  JT Harris exceeded my expectations. Chris Hotchkiss was professional and knowlegable and followed through during the entire process. Being an "absentee" owner, I was able to communicate throuht phone and e-mail and was assured the re-roof project was completed on-time and on budget. I valued his guidance in selecting the proper roof to install and his oversight of the project. I also value the 10-year workmanship guarantee and the free service inspection every 5 years. Gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend JT Harris. Very pleased!

  Responsive, competitive, returned my calls, performed when promised; very clean and experienced work. The supervisor arrived with the crew in the morning, gave directions then left. He returned in the afternoon to check job and make sure I was pleased with the new roof; I was. He offered to adjust one minor issue I brought up concerning a roof vent but it was not worth the bother; I just felt I needed to find something to complain about. It totally compliments the 11 hips and 3 valleys of my post war (WWII/Korean) 1948 house in the sleepy suburb of Camarillo, California. I would use them again and refer to anyone who inquires; it looks totally bitchen. Thanks.

These people will not create problems, they will solve them quickly and efficiently.
