Our experience was excellent. Jay and Andres went above and beyond on the roof repairs and also took care of a concern I had about the gutters and drainage. We also received very helpful service when Louis first came out, inspected the roof, and explained the best way to fix the problem. He made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence in the repair plan. After a past service visit that left us unsure, this recent roofing service completely restored our trust. The crew was professional, respectful, and focused on quality work from start to finish. They communicated well, showed strong knowledge of roofing and gutter issues, and made sure everything was completed the right way for our home in Camarillo. It was an A-plus job and a very positive experience, and we will definitely call again.

Jay came out to inspect my roof after a storm and let me know it was still in good shape. I really appreciated that honesty, so I called again when I noticed a leak over the front porch during heavy rain. After a quick roof inspection, Jay found a soft spot caused by water damage and explained the issue in simple terms. The estimate was fair, the repair was scheduled fast, and the work was finished in less than a week. The roofing work looks great, the leak is gone, and I’m very happy with the quality and professionalism. I would definitely call them first for any future roof repair or a full reroof.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof shingles. We were very happy with the clear communication, fair pricing, and the final result. Since our property is a bit out of the way, it is often hard to get a roofing …

I recently had Horizon Roof's remove an old leaking skylight and install a new replacement skylight. I worked directly with Todd through the estimate and installation, and he was easy to work with. He was honest, clear, and knowledgeable about roofing and skylight work. The installation was done with solid workmanship, good efficiency, and a clean finish. As an added plus, while he was up on the roof, he noticed a small tear in the roofing membrane away from the skylight area and fixed it at no extra cost. That extra attention showed real care and experience. The price for the job was also fair compared with other roofing quotes I looked at. After the install, we had a strong rain in Camarillo, and the new skylight stayed completely dry with no leaks at all. Based on this experience, I would gladly use them again for skylight or roof repairs and would recommend their roofing services to anyone needing similar work.

I needed a roof repair after my insurance company asked for it, so I first contacted another roofer for a free estimate. After the inspection, the quote came back higher than I expected for a small roofing job. I kept searching online and found Horizon Roof's, and from my first contact with Andres to the follow-up call from Jay, everything was professional and easy. Jay understood exactly what I needed, explained the roof work clearly, and gave me a fair quote that matched the repair. Even though parts of the roof may need more attention later, there was no pressure to upsell anything, which I really appreciated. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently in the heat, and finished the repair in just a few hours. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and respectful. Their customer service was excellent, and they earned my trust. I normally do not leave reviews, but this roofing team truly deserved it, and I plan to use them again for the rest of my roof work.

Andres and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roofs on two of our properties, and they also handled a gutter replacement on one of them. From the first roof inspection to the final cleanup, they kept communication clear and easy to follow. They explained the condition of the shingles, underlayment, and gutters, gave helpful updates during each stage of the project, and made sure everything stayed on track. The work was completed on time and exactly as planned, and the crew stayed organized, professional, and detail focused the whole way through. They paid close attention to workmanship, site cleanup, and making sure the new roofing system was installed properly for long lasting protection in the heat and sun. We highly recommend them for any roofing, reroof, or gutter work and would gladly hire them again for future projects.
