I would not recommend this company. They repaired an area of my roof on a three-story townhome with a 24-month warranty. 12 months later, I got drone footage (related to a different project) that showed the repair job was done very poorly. I contacted J&G to remedy this, and they said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would cost $6k (original repair was $3k). Cut to 25 months after the original repair (one month after warranty expired), and we have a leak in our home directly below the area they previously repaired. And of course, they won’t apply the warranty. The communication has also been slow and frustrating. I got three other companies to come on-site and provide quotes in the time it took J&G to respond to a single text.

I almost didn't answer my door when Julian came but I am thankful I did. I already had someone coming to repair my roof, however, Julian took the time to explain everything to me which I really appreciated. It was his level of customer service that had me going with him instead. He made me feel like a valued customer not just a job.

Life gets a little crazy but, after the storm last week I was able to get a quick quote for damages. Julian came out and so far has exceeded my expectations. Extremely professional and has made sure to give me updates on everything. He has also made it very clear that if I have any questions or concerns just to call.
