  I’m not a client of Jake’s Roofing but they have been working on a house’s roof right behind us for the past 2 weeks. I’m very understanding when it comes to construction noise but these guys have been very disruptive, cursing and hollering at each other over god-awful blaring techno-music that plays all day every day. They seem to have no regard for the general peace and quiet of this mature neighborhood. Many of my neighbors have complained about the loud music playing constantly and the length of time this project has been taking to complete. I feel so sorry for the folks whose house they are working on. I can only hope they wrap up before my summer holidays are over and I have to go back to work.

  Had these guys do gutters and snow roofing along with leaf gaurd, they put the leaf gaurd in the wrong place. The owner called and said I had 50 feet of free leaf gaurd due to their mistake. But when the gutters started leaking and the down spouts were leaking and draining out all over the ground right after install. I had to get them out 2 more times due to poor quality and poor installation, on the 3rd time coming out, they removed their "free mistake"and charged me another couple hundred to put in the original leaf qaurd in which i never asked them to do since i just went and purchased the run of gaurd myself. Ive used this company when the father owned it. Since the son has taken over i feel it has gone down hill. I would not recommend this company any longer. Product is extremely flimsy and the customer service clearly needs an overhaul. Even their bills they sent me say "defective product" photos do not due it justice...should see my videos. One gutter i could shake back and forth. And they were all just pissing water. The ones i replaced worked better, It was nuts! Make sure you know what you are buying if you use these guys.

  Two of the guys came to repair a leak. Did some stuff on the roof and left. $200.00 Invoiced. Roof is still leaking. Two other guys came out and did some stuff on the roof . Another $200.00 invoice was left and still the roof is leaking in the same spot. I talked to the Owner Ryan and was told that sometimes it is difficult to find the leak the first time. I said I can't afford $200.00 every time you come out and don't fix the leak! He said that is just the way it is. Won't be using them again!!

  I am being extremingly generous giving them 1 star. They don't deserve even 1 star. They are so slow and do shoddy work when they even show up. They are very rude . We will never use this company again!

  Jake's quote was really expensive compared to other guys. It was 4 times more.

  Stay away from Jake's Roofing. They are unreliable, very, very slow and extremely rude and unprofessional. Jake is only concerned about making a buck. He has no regard for his clients.

  Fast well done service , the new roof is beautiful.And the few thing,s that needed touch ups were quickly resolved.We could not ask for better service.We would recommend Jake’s Roofing any time.This is the second roof in over 20 some years, done by Jake’s Roofing so we know it will last a long life.Thank you again.

  We are extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of work done to reroof our home. The quote for the work was the best by far. We can’t say enough great things about Philip, the one man crew, who did all of the work on his own, awesome! Thank you Jake’s Roofing and Philip for a job well done.

  This is the 3rd time we have used Jake's roofing and are very pleased with them. We had asphalt and flat roof torch completed on our home. It was all completed in a timely manner and they left no mess or nails lying around. Plus, after this weeks atmospheric river, we can attest to the quality of work too! If we ever need another roofer, it will be them.

  I would highly recommend Jake's Roofing. The communication from the office was excellent. Ryan was prompt and thorough with the inspection. They did what they said and cleaned up without a trace.

  We recently had Jake's Roofing replace our roof with a new SnapLok metal roof. We're very happy with the roof. The company was very good to deal with. Scheduling was easy; they came when they said they would. The owner answered emailed questions in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and polite. They cleaned everything up before they left. We'd certainly recommend the company and would use them again if we ever need another roof.

  We had Jake’s roofing install our new roof and replace two skylights in 2022, we found a leak in one of the skylights last Friday, we called them, they had a crew out within a few hours and then had a new skylight installed a few hours later, would highly recommend this company

  I had to get a roof repair when our new heat pump was installed and some pipes and cables having to break through a overhang roof. Jake's Roofing coordinated the repair with our HVAC people and fixed the roof quickly. Their rates were fair.

  I recently had my roof redone by Jake's Roofing. The re-roof asphalt shingle job on my house & shop. Ryan quoted the job & explained all my questions. The quote was good! It showed all the work to be done, materials needed, it showed the liability insurance coverage of the job, a Work Safe BC cover letter. The workers did an excellent job, fast & efficient they replaced rotten wood as needed, replaced flashings & vents, skylights, and gutter screens. The tear-off & shingle, house & shop was 2 days, they even worked late to finish the job, then cleanup the next day, they even picked the old nails out of the grass with a magnet. Jake's Roofing did a better job, than I would have done myself, in my day!
