Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 3 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Jake's Roof Restorations. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Jake and his team have been phenomenal when it comes to identifying and fixing any roof issues that we have had. We went through a period of time where we would have someone "fix" an issue and months later the issue would be back. Since hiring Jake's Roof Restorations we haven't had any recurring problems and the guys are great to work with! Highly recommended if you are looking for someone to do reliable and quality work!

Jake has the Roof Tube and we love it! I see contractors using it all of the time. Excellent product to address verticals, horizontals, fasteners, etc.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Jake's Roof Restorations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
