Almost 3 months and the job still isn't done. I had to complain to get the roof done which took 6 wks. If the job EVER gets done with the siding and stuff, I'm going to take 3 months to pay. Totally disgusted.

I have have leaks in out new roof. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone. And they never tell you if they come out to fix it. And even after that "fix it" it still leaks. Customer service is horrible. I am so angry with the service. The install was great but clean up was not. Found nails for weeks after. I seem that I am.bothering them for them to fix their mistake. Go with someone else.

Hail damage to our roof March ‘26, Benny Bobadilla inspected our roof for free (showed his company’s name and insurance coverage). I went on the roof with him where he pointed our hail damage all over our roof. They worked with our insurance company and we had a new roof put on. Benny was our contractor for First Choice Exteriors LLC and did a wonderful job. His roofing crew were great, professional and installed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this company and if you can get Benny Bobadilla as your supervisor all the better! Thanks Benny!

We had after a bad hail storm. Mario was easy and good to work with. He helped me throughout the entire process. First choice installed our roof, siding, and gutters. They offered a good warranty and used quality materials. I would recommend them anytime.

Chris arrived on scene after a really bad hail storm. He offered a free inspection (like the other 5 people that came that day). He’s energy seemed innocent and honest. I let him go up there. He marked with chalk marks and explained to me …

After a terrible storm that recently happened around the area where I live. I desperately needed a new roof but was very skeptical about reaching out to ANY company, (Too many scammers nowadays). I’m old school and the process seemed way too stressful and complicated but after speaking to my neighbors they recommended the project manager Brandon Martinez and mentioned that they had also had their roof, siding, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards installed by his team. Brandon was a pleasure to work with, is very detail oriented, and he always went above and beyond. His above and beyond ethic was especially made apparent when I had a medical emergency that resulted in me getting some toes amputated. When this happened I thought everything was going to go downhill but Brandon made sure to take care of everything while I recovering. He would even visited me in the hospital to make sure I was okay and would always treat me like a good friend/family member. As the saying goes a little kindness goes a long way and Brandon definitely delivered. I am very happy and proud to say that thanks to Brandon Martinez my home now has a brand new roof, gutters and downspouts. I am not sure if there are any other Brandons working in the company but when you call make sure to request for Brandon Martinez only if you want the job done right!

Had a new roof put on and we are very happy with the results. They made the process very easy. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The gentleman that put the new roof on and took the old one off were awsome. Would definitely recommend this company.

Left many nails not pounded in on fascia. Damaged one gutter which now leaks and left most gutters without hangers. Reached out to project manager about hangers. …quit replying to my texts.

I had a great experience with Chris and the team at First Choice Exteriors LLC in Biglerville, PA. After a hailstorm, Chris quickly spotted the damage to my roof and took the lead in working with my insurance company—he handled everything from start to finish, making the whole process incredibly easy for me. Chris sat down with my wife and me to pick out the colors, including the drip edge, and walked us through how the roof would be done. They included the entire roofing system to make sure we’d qualify for the maximum warranty coverage, which gave us even more peace of mind. The workmanship was top-notch. After the job was done, Chris came back to inspect the work himself. I pointed out a small issue near the chimney, and even though it wasn’t a big deal, he said he didn’t like how it looked and would have his crew come back out. Sure enough, they returned and made it perfect. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care this team showed. I highly recommend First Choice Exteriors for any roofing project—honest, reliable, and quality of work.
