  Terrible company with worse employees. No respect for peoples property while having to do jobs twice just for it do be done "correct" Way behind on schedule and making all the tenants lives difficult. These are tradesmen they are bottom of the barrel labourers and it shows

  Thank you for your Review Cody. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service we provide for the rental property where you live. As you can imagine, redoing the windows, doors, soffit, fascia, eaves and siding on a 14 Block property is no small feat. I do apologize for the job taking longer than you and the other tenants thought. But seeing you call our guys "bottom of the barrel" is a bit much, and I ask that you and the rest of the tenants at the property remember their manners, as the "comments" made to my men on a daily basis are verging on the abusive.   We hired Jackson Roofing in Brantford to fix the leaking roof (mainly around the drains) on our commercial unit in Brantford which came with a 15-year warranty. Quality of work carried was worst and less than half a year later, the roof began leaking again from the same location . They did come to fix it, but just three months later, the same area started leaking again. Over the next two years, the issue persisted. They came back a few times but were never able to fully resolve the leak. Communication was poor, delays were constant—especially during the winter when we were forced to wait over three months for service. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Their lack of responsibility and poor workmanship not only cost us time but also led to the loss of our commercial tenant. We ended up incurring significant expenses to compensate the tenant and repair the ongoing damages. Some of the photos of their bad work have been attached. Would strongly caution anyone considering using their services. Very disappointing experience."

  Thank you for your comment, Asif. The coating product used on your roof is called Turbo-Set by Polyglass, and we agree entirely with you. It is an absolute garbage product and we no longer install it. It is no wonder that it was installed for $4/ft2. We were surprised to see that you removed and replaced the roof in 2024, as you and I had been discussing repairs at the time to ensure your building’s continued water-tightness. But it is understandable you took this route; you were upset with the product we installed and passed that feeling on to our company. I hope that you were helped by a company that installed a better product than Polyglass’ Turbo-Set and that you have many leak-free years ahead of you.

  Hello Susan, Thank you for the suggestion. I'm guessing this is for the Job on Melrose St. We are in the middle of the project, so there may be some debris on the site until completion. But I will speak to the foreman on-site and let them know. Thank you.

  We are so disappointed with Jackson roofing. Took over a year and several call backs to realize they forgot to put vents in. UPDATE FEB 2022 RAIN LAST NIGHT AND WATER ON THE FLOOR THIS MORNING!!!!!!!!Would never recommend.

  Hello Paul, Thank you for the review, but unfortunately as we have been telling you for months now the issue you are having is NOT roofing related. It is condensation collecting on the underside of your steel roof then dripping inside. You keep the inside of your shop very hot and very humid. You have no air circulation or other forms of dehumidification to prevent the hot moist air inside from coming into contact with the cold underside of the steel roofing. We added new vents to see if this could help you with this problem. As we’ve been telling you for the past 3 months, you need to get an HVAC company in to determine how they can help you. Possibly an HVAC system with a dehumidifier to help move the air around the shop and take the excess humidity out of the air. We hope you take our advice and that this helps you. Best of luck.

  They are incredibly disorganized. Their workers swear and are inappropriate while children are around. They were supposed to be done bybthe end of july. It is now the end of august and theyre nowhere near being done! Incredibly unprofessional. They seem too busy flirting with the women in the complex rather then working

  Michael, Thank you for the review. We were aware of the issues caused by that particular crew. Unfortunately due to the large size of the project (30+ condo units with complete replacement of: Shingles, plywood roof deck, attic insulation, siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, fencing and exterior lighting) we were forced to hire some extra man power from outside our company. You will be happy to know that the crew of people you are referring to no longer works for us. We also apologize for the length of the project, but living in the condo complex you are aware that we replaced pretty much everything except the driveways. Our original scope of work was for the roofing only, however, the consultants and condo committee was so pleased with our work that they kept adding more items to our original workload. This extended the amount of time we were onsite. I hope this helps answer your concerns and complaints.

  We had an outbuilding that need to be repaired and reroofed.Jackson Roofing crew arrived exactly when they said and completed the job beyond our expectations. The crew was very polite and left the job site completely clear of all debris. Would recommend Jackson Roofing for above standard work. Thanks Jackson Roofing for quality work.

  Great company and employees! I called Cody and the next day he had someone out for my estimate. Less than a week later they came out and reshingled my roof. The employees were professional and efficient. We appreciate what these folks are doing in and around our community! I would highly recommend!
