  I had my roof replaced by JA Edwards 4 years ago. My roof just started leaking. And one of the workers damaged a shingle and then put globs of glue to to repair it. Of course the 3 year workmanship warranty ran out and they told me they will not be covering it. Sad

  Horrible company with terrible customer service. They wouldn’t fix a warranty issue on my roof. I do not recommend them. Stay away from using them. They don’t know what they’re doing and the proof is in the image below.

  I strongly regret hiring JA Edwards of America Inc to reroof my home. The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and costly. There was no supervisor or project manager on-site, and the crew spoke no English, making communication nearly impossible. They worked during rain without proper tarping, which caused multiple leaks inside my home. Rotten plywood was replaced with visibly poor workmanship, and they refused to open a leaking section of the roof when asked—despite there being no attic access in that area. They failed to install new drip edge along the back of my house, even though we were told it would be replaced entirely. They blamed the issue on "super gutters" after the job started, though that should have been addressed during the estimate. My gutters were never removed, were reinstalled poorly, and now appear back-nailed and bent out of shape. The crew even tried to use my personal 2x4s (meant for my chicken coop) to patch roof boards. To make matters worse, the ridge and hip shingles are already fraying less than a month after installation, which raises serious concerns about the materials or workmanship. They also kept us in the dark about a denied supplement for over a month—only telling us the day work began—and now they’re demanding final payment while refusing to send someone out to assess the damage. They want me to provide photos, even though they should have documented the job themselves. They’ve even reached out to the person who referred me to pressure us about payment and threaten a lien on our home. This company cut corners at every step, damaged my property, and has shown no urgency to make it right. I cannot recommend JA Edwards of America Inc to anyone.

  I have numerous properties. I wanted a roofing company I could trust, depend on, and a company with Integrity. I selected JA Edwards. What a MISTAKE!! They replaced about 5 roofs on my houses. I called them and said there was a leak due to workmanship. They would not repair the damages. I wouldn't have JA Edwards put a roof on a doghouse. I have more respect, concern, and welfare for an animal than to give that job to JA Edwards. I feel so strongly, I'm posting my name, John A. Crocitto

  Roofing job was poorly done. They came back and fixed one area but the inspector found 2 more soft spots on my roof where it sinks in when someone walks on it. They have given different excuses from the start and now refuse to fix this. I haven't been able to get insurance for my house because of this.

  We had a really good experience with JA Edwards here in Orlando. They replaced our roof and honestly made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. Everyone we dealt with was easy to talk to, they kept us updated, and whenever I had a question I could actually get an answer. The crew showed up on time, got everything done pretty quickly and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The roof looks great. Definitely happy we went with them and I’d recommend JA Edwards to anyone around Orlando needing roof work.

  I am posting this review using my late husband’s Google account because I don’t have one. My name is Penny Conley. I only gave 4 stars because my Spectrum cable connection in my panel box went completely dead due to a damaged or cut wire that the Spectrum technician was unable to find. I did without Spectrum cable for 4 days while waiting for a technician. Also concerning is the fact that the new roof did not pass inspection the first time due to 3 large spaces where rodents could enter my attic. The roof looks beautiful. My roofing contractor, Brendan Biondino was great to work with & I would have loved to give 5 stars to this business. Just couldn’t do it due to the above mentioned issues.

  Dan was an excellent consultant and the neighbors all mentioned how great of a job the roofing crew did. They somehow didn’t bother the neighborhood at all despite all the work that was done! I would highly recommend using JAEA! Great experience from beginning to end!

  This was a self-paid re-roof after 22 years. They were upfront in all of their promises and I paid exactly the agreed upon bid, which was competitive. The work was done on time, and they did an exceptional job considering Florida July rain & heat. Joel Vasquez was my project manager, and he did a fantastic job.

  Miguel Silva was wonderful to work with. The price was fair, and he took the time to educate and guide me from start to finish of my reroof project. His communication was excellent, and I always felt taken care of. The roofers, especially Abel, were outstanding. They kept my property clean the entire time, performed a magnet sweep, and even cleaned my neighbor’s yard. I am very happy with everything and would gladly recommend Miguel and his team.

  What a wonderful experience getting my roof replaced with JA Edwards. I had the pleasure of working with Miguel, he was a true professional and a joy to work with. Miguel explained the entire process of re-roof and how to work with the insurance. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and was available for any questions or concerns.
