  They "installed" a new roof 10 years ago and since then at least twice a year I have had to pick the shingles up off the ground or collect them as they start to slide down the roof and use the proper size roofing nails that they neglected to use and secure the shingles myself. I will never recommend this company to anyone and REGRET having ever contacted this sham company. Their guarantee is a hoax and they do nothing but make excuses. Use these idiots at your own risk. Oh and yes they did leave nails in the driveway that I had to pick up myself, and that was 10 years ago and I am still pissed about it.

  Very poor work, shingles blew off with winds under 30 mph-they fixed for free 2 times then charged me the third time and shingles still blew off. I climbed on the roof and saw nails popping up where they repaired by driving nails in the exposed parts of the shingles which made holes in the roof that leaked. They also did not properly install the gutters. They are not sloped properly so the water does not drain out. There is standing water which attracts bugs/mosquitoes. I now have a bad roof that is only 15 years old and has had holes put in it by repairs made by J&J Roofing.

  J&J was beyond unprofessional. Took them two days when I was promised it was going to be done in one day. Tried to lie about what materials were being used and how much. Then tried to over charge me. The supervisor and on site foreman were never on the same page during the whole process. They are liars and when called out on it they made every excuse to cover their end. Not to mention they subcontracted, when I was told they do not subcontract and have their own crews. The crew showed up two hours late to the job because "guys were running late to work". Then they left at 1pm when I was told they were staying until 5pm. I would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience.

  Not a roofing expert, but J & J roofing did a beautiful job. They were easy to work with [Vinny, Judy & nice office lady who answers the phones] and the price was totally reasonable. Both roofs look amazing [Thanks guys], and the cupola reshingle was a work of art! [Thanks Florian]. (We're already getting compliments). BONUS: A new roof lowered home owners insurance. **If we had more roofs, we'd hire them again!

  I had roof replaced last month in June 2026. Iam very happy this company. From start to finish they cleaned up the mess. From Pat and Andrew ,the crew/amazing. They went up above their service. I also offer a good financial deal. I would highly recommend this company.

  The crew was very professional and got the job down. Florian answered all of my questions and his crew was very respectful of our property (they even put all of the patio furniture back). Florian explained the extras and I feel they were very reasonable. Great job--recommend highly.

  Great experience! Great crew, hard working & cleaned up very well! Jacob the salesman was wonderful, no pressure & very easy to work with! Highly recommend this company! They did my roof in 2024 & just finished my dad’s roof.

  After all the harsh Michigan snow storms we had over the past couple years I knew it was over due to get my roof checked out. Being a first time home owner and making a decision on who to allow to come and do such a big, important project on your home is terrifying.When calling around to inquire about possible estimates I often felt rushed or scheduled too far out.. but Terrie was able to reassure me this was the right company to go with when she answered any questions I had or didnt have! While doing a wonderful job providing me with a new roof, the customer service made it such a smooth stress free job. I will always refer this company to anyone in need of a new roof or repairs! Thanks J&J!!! I can now know peacefully my roof is safe and all my shingles are there.
