  I've been finding a ton of nails and shingles coming out of my gutters, nails were left on top of my garage and fall off into my driveway so I have to look in my driveway periodically as to not run them over. The satellite they took off my roof they left in my yard, they destroyed the plants around my home. The crew cleanup was bad. The sales rep was untruthful about the financing. The interest ended up being half the payment and its projected to cost double from interest.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this roofing company was extremely frustrating from start to finish. When they gave me the initial estimate, they told me the project would begin within 3–6 weeks. Instead, they didn’t even start the job until 8 weeks after the estimate. Throughout that entire period, communication was terrible. I would call, text, and message the company repeatedly just trying to get an update, and most of the time I wouldn’t hear anything back. It felt like once they had my deposit, I was completely ignored. When the job was finally done, they didn’t even notify me. I only found out because I called them myself to ask if the work had been completed, and they casually told me it was. To make things worse, their cleanup was awful. They left my yard covered in shingles, nails, and other debris, and I had to clean up a lot of it myself just to make the area safe. The most alarming part of the whole experience was when they somehow lit a propane tank on fire during the job and then placed it in my ditch. That level of carelessness made me question their basic safety practices and professionalism. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. The delays, the lack of communication, the poor cleanup, and the unsafe behavior were completely unacceptable.

  My experience was a bit delayed on this. But I would forsure say this company is not the best in customer service. The sales rep attitude was disgusting. But the office staff was a delight. She actually cared. The sales rep they sent was some guy named Greg. He is a real piece of work. He treats you like a firend. Like he doing you a great big time favor with a price tag on it. I asked them to complete a insurance job on a rental I had. The new roof was done great. But Little things with that were annoying. But expected from a company like this. Our exhaust vent cover on the siding may have came loose at the time of the repair or shortly after on the 2nd floor on the house. I asked Greg if he could help me out to just put another cover on. As it quit dangerous for me to repair it myself .His response was.... "$595 is our minimum charge". Even for a 2 minute job..... for that I called another roofing company and they came out and put a new cover on in a matter of minutes. And then didnt even charge me. We chuckled after with them after as they said some companies don't realize the little things we can do .Can potentially help with future business. Definitely true on that point. Now for the real disgusting review..... this company again was hired to do interior work in the kitchen of this property. The crew they brought in were very messy and didnt even clean up the mess. Drywall mud and dust everywhere. Didnt even think to clean it up . When I contacted this "so called" sale rep Greg... he didnt care about this " I believe his response was ina very rudely tone. That you need to figure something else out" so apparently you must have a 2nd kitchen in your home so they can repair the other one. Sorry most homes don't have 2 kitchens to prepare meals for their children. He was trying to compare it to a bath room. If one is being fixed up. Then just use the other one. I ended up complaining to the actually owners of the company. And they actually cared and instructed th

  Terrible communication about issues with there windows they represent and sell. Don't purchase the Pella 250 series windows. They freeze on the inside. Clean up around the house was Terrible rushing to leave for the day. Multiple nails left …

  Bill came out to the house for an estimate, called once to tell us he was still working on it. Never called us again. Very unprofessional and wasted everone’s time.

  Buyer BEWARE of this company! We signed a contract and put 50% down for a deck at this time last year and waited the entire summer for them to call us. After we contacted them a couple times we were informed that they could no longer honor …

  Our experience with Greg has been fantastic so far. We are scheduled for a new roof and gutters in the coming weeks. Current rating is just for the great sales process with Greg. May update rating once roof and gutters are installed.

  Mario was very helpful and communicative in quoting a roof and gutter replacement for my home. He provided the quote in a timely manner. He was also able to answer all my questions regarding the work to be done and the scheduling of the job.

  Mario came out to give me an estimate for some storm damage. He showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time and was polite and friendly! The estimate came in under what the insurance gave us so that was great!

  Thank you to everyone at First Response, LLC. This company is very professional and organized. They have a team of excellence, from the staff in the office, Mario, the sales consultant who does an exceptionally job making every effort to respond to calls and emails quickly… A fantastic team of skilled craftsman that worked on my home. Left the area spotless and totally clean when finishing the job. We’ve hired this company twice now, once for a front porch/patio and also repair to our roof…. Highly recommend First Response and won’t hesitate to hire them in the future.

  Gregory was professional and very knowledgeable. We have had other contractors provide us a bid, and none were as thorough or as knowledgeable as Gregory. He took time to go through all of the details, so as you ensure nothing would be left to chance, and that there would be no surprises. I highly recommend him.
