  Roof l leak above the laundry room had been bugging me for weeks. J&J came out, found it was actually two issues a popped nail and bad flashing around the vent sack. Fixed both same visit. Patched the drywall stain inside too as part of it. Fair price too for what they did, no upsell.

  called J&J on a tuesday after finding a wet spot on the ceiling. they had someone out thursday morning which was faster than i expected. the guy who came was straight with me, said the leak was small and didnt try to push a whole new roof on us. did the repair right then, took maybe 90 minutes. paid by card on a little tablet thing, got the invoice emailed before he even left the driveway. ceiling has stayed dry through the last two big rains so whatever he did worked

  Solid work from j&j. Roof was leaking near the chimney for a while and I kept putting it off. They came out same week I called, gave me a price that didnt change at the end, and got it done in a day. Some nails in the driveway after but they came back the next day with a magnet. No complaints

  Estimator showed up on time and actually listened instead of jumping into a sales pitch, which I appreciated since I had a few specific questions about ventilation. Quote was itemized line by line. On install day the crew got going around 7am and worked through to late afternoon without much noise or fuss. Roof looks even, no weird ridges or wavy spots along the edges. They walked me around at the end and pointed out the new flashing around the chimney and vents so I knew what was done and where to keep an eye on things down the road.

  so we knew the roof needed replacing for a while but kept putting it off. finally reached out to J&J after seeing their truck around the neighborhood a few times. they came out for the estimate and were pretty quick about getting back to us with numbers. price was reasonable so we booked it. they gave us a date about two weeks out and showed up right when they said. crew got started early and had the old shingles stripped and new ones going up by afternoon. whole job took about a day and a half. everything looks good up there and its nice to not worry about it anymore

  J&J replaced our roof last month. Crew showed up early, worked straight through without a bunch of standing around, and had everything wrapped up by late afternoon. The part I liked most was not having to think about it after - new roof went on, they hauled the old stuff away, and that was it. Looks clean from the street too.
