Wow, I just called to ask if they do siding repair, Cindy who took my call was rude and hung up on me. All I asked is if they do repair on siding, she asked how old my siding was then said “I don’t think we do repairs now.” And hung up on me. Even tho it clearly states on google that they do repairs. Not happy

Leane, we do not currently offer siding repair at this time. We apologize for any confusion between our roofing and siding services. We hope you are able to find a company that can repair your siding needs.

Bob with contemporary exteriors was fantastic to work! We had to pay for our roof out of pocket so we had to carefully interview until we found an affordable option we felt we could trust. We interviewed seven companies. We chose Bob because he felt very trustworthy and honest and he was on the more affordable end. He and his team got the roof done in one day! I think it might have taken less than 8 hours. We have a big house too! He brought his own trailer as opposed to renting a dumpster to rid of the old roof. Things like that are how I believe he's able to keep the cost a bit lower. His team was very professional. The roof looks fantastic and they did a wonderful job cleaning up! You would have never known they were here minus the amazing new roof. I could not be more happy!

We had some wind damage to our second story fascia. Calls to other companies did not get a return, but withing two days Bob came out and fixed the problem on a blistering hot day and at a very good price. Outstanding!

We had our 24-year old asphalt roof and gutters replaced in June. Bob and his crews were wonderful. Showed up on time, were very neat and courteous and finished the job on time. I would highly recommend them.

Bob Columbia at Contempory Exteriors is an honest, fair guy that does great work with high quality IKO shingles and materials, Gibraltar ventilation, and tasteful chimney flash at a reasonable price in a timely manner. He’s personally interested in doing a great job for you and guarantees his work. His crew was diligent and meticulous. They clean up well afterward- no scraps and just a few nails found (was as close to perfect as can reasonably be done). As Bob was recommended to me, I now can recommend him to you without reservation.

I highly recommend the service provided by this company. Recently had a new roof installed. Bob came and explained everything in detail and is very knowledgeable, having installed hundreds of roofs in the area. He is very honest and the price was great. The material was delivered at 6:30 am. The workers arrived at 8am and were finished by 5 pm with everything g spotlessly cleaned up. I am definitely satisfied with the work and will definitely hire Bob when I need new windows in the future.

My experience with Contemporary Exteriors was fantastic. I had them out to look at my roof. Bob came out as scheduled, and took a look at the roof. While he came with an estimate to replace the roof, he did a detailed inspection of the roof and told me that the roof did not need to be replaced, and that, in fact, it was in great shape and should last for many more years. It is always great to see someone come out and give you an honest opinion. I was curious as to why he would drive all the way over and get up on my roof, tell me I didn't need a new roof, and then offer to write a report for my insurance company to state his opinion of my roof. He did it because if and when I do need a roof, he would like to do it. I could not recommend Bob and Contemporary Exteriors and higher. They are true professionals.
