  The roof was completed on March 7th, 2019. The gutters were supposed to be completed the next day on March 8th. The gutters were completed on March 20th. There was only 1 or 2 rainy days in that time frame. The depreciation recovery paperwork was sent to my insurance company on 4/15/2019 by IRC after innumerable texts making excuses for delays. I have lost my will to live dealing with the excuses and delays with this company. I would not recommend working with them unless you enjoy hassling with ineffective and inefficient people. This has been my worst experience after 30 years of home ownership and dealing with plumbers, electricians, another roofer, flooring contractors ...

  We realize home restoration jobs can be stressful and disruptive for people. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible. We sincerely apologize for the stress that a few delays caused you. The gutter installation was delayed a week due to weather. It is storm season and our installers are a bit backed up right now. We're sorry for any hardship this may have caused you. Regarding insurance depreciation filings, we wait until all the trades have been completed to file for the insurance depreciation and supplements because we may uncover additional items that should be supplemented with the insurance company. In your case, some of the trim was severely damaged, making it impossible to attach the new gutters (nailable surface issue) as is. We had to take an extra day to repair your damaged trim. And, we did include it in the supplement to the insurance co. I am the person who files the paperwork with the insurance companies. It did take me a few weeks after all the trades were completed to submit your paperwork to your insurance carrier, which in our industry during storm season, is pretty fast. Some of our customers had urgent insurance filing deadlines in March/April in order to not lose their recoverable depreciation so we had to take care of these insurance filings first. During those 3 weeks, I had to fly across the country twice due to a family emergency (a relative who died), so any insurance filings that weren't urgent, had to wait until I returned. Sometimes homeowners have urgent situations requiring us to have everything completed quickly (such as when closing on a house). We weren't aware of any such requirements for your job. The storm restoration process does take some patience and flexibility because of all the factors involved - the weather, dealing with insurance, etc. We apologize if we had not communicated this clearly and it lead to unrealistic expectations.   no integrity to their title. hired this company to replace our gutters and when we looked they didn't even all the gutters, only partial replace. so they basically took the insurance money. make sure you double check their work to make sure everything was replaced because for average ppl who don't know this stuff or how it should look, can easily get ripped off. i also know a lady who was supposed to have her whole roof replaced and they just did a partial repair but took the full cost of the insurance money. do your research and follow up.

  We work hard to go above and beyond for our customers. We have signed contracts with our customers with clear terms. We would NEVER do a partial repair when we were supposed to do a full repair. EVER. We did have one situation awhile back in the middle of storm season, where our gutter installers were delayed a few days replacing the gutters on an empty house. The gutter installers didn't inform us of the delay. The customer went to inspect the gutters, saw the old gutters and thought we'd cheated them. A day or so later, our installers replaced the gutters. And, we installed ALL of the gutters instead of just what insurance allowed, at no extra cost to the customer. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding that was created by a breakdown in communication. We're working with our subcontractors to improve communication so this type of thing doesn't happen again.

  THE STUPID LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS NEEDED A HEARING AID THING. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AND SHE PLAY NOT HEARING WELL BECAUSE I HAVE ACCEND IN MY VOICE WHICH I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH OTHER PEOPLE. SHE MADE ME REPEAT MY NAME AND IF SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPELL, THEN DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENCE PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD ARE LIVING IN THE US. GOOD LUCK!

  Our family has been blessed to have Integrity Roofing install new roofs over the years. My “senior” parents and now my “senior” aunts (ages 93 & 88) are current customers. I have dealt with Kathy & Sean a number of times and the company name fits—they have complete integrity. We have never had an issue with any of their great quality roofs and they are delightful and always helpful. We highly recommend this wonderful company!

  Integrity replaced my roof, gutters, fence staining, painted and replaced my attic fan. Their name is what they are: Integrity. Recommended them to my neighbors. Very pleasant people to work with. The only matter I didn't like was my insurance company's first estimate. Integrity sent them a thorough damage assessment, and they came around! Very thorough and professional company.

They were prompt and efficient in not only replacing my roof with good workmanship and quality, but also handled all of the requirements and coordination with my insurance company during the process.   They helped me battle my Insurance company for 5 months. We had to hire a third party inspector because of all of it. Then had to battle again for the insurance to pay to get decking up to code. Which I paid my insurance premium for. The last two big hail storm we had in Texas and they kept denying my claim. All the houses around me got new roofs and I could see the hail damage on my roof. My roof was 6 years old and felt the insurance company was denying because I did not fight them last time they denied it and was trying to age my roof out so I would have paid for most of it. Thanks Jeff for getting us our new roof and getting the sky dome put in the dark hallway. Got my new roof!

  I had never made an insurance claim before. Sean handled it all for me. I am forever grateful to him and Kathy for navigating that for me. I now have a beautiful new roof and if it wasn't for 2 days of noise, I would've never known they were here.
