I'm leaving a one star review because at 6:50 am driver of a GMC large size pickup truck cut me off for no reason. (By wine and roses) Driving through lodi like an no one else matters. In the fog. Then I watched you roll 2 stop signs on turner all the way to i5. Where you were speeding. Wake up early if you need more time but don't put me and my kids at risk. (BTW tie down your latter)

***CONSUMER BEWARE*** Jaime with Innovative Roofing, came to my residence on Friday, July 3, 2020 to take measurements for a new roof and demo of brick. I received my quote from Innovative Roofing on Friday, July 10, 2020. On July 17, 2020, I contacted my project manager regarding final questions I had about my contract. I was advised that my written quote of $10,647.00 increased to $14,585.75. This is an increase of $3,938.75, which is a significant increase of 37% on an 1100 sq ft house. I was never provided with an explanation of the increased amount and I was never sent this amount in writing. The only quote that I have for Innovative Roofing is the original quoted amount of $10,647.00. I spoke with Maria at Innovative Roofing, on July 21st, she mentioned that they only have a C-39 license. However, when we got off the phone with her, I called the California Contractors State License Board to inquire about licensing and was advised that their C-39 license does not prohibit from working line item “remove current brick from exterior siding.” To recap, I spoke with my project manager, the contractor who took measurements, the receptionist, and Maria regarding the demo and it wasn’t until July 21, 2020, eighteen days after measurements and eleven days after I received my original quote that this was even mentioned. I emailed Maria after contacting CSLB and advised her of everything mentioned above. I sent her the copy of their Facebook photo from their company page which I have attached for your review as well, from a siding job they completed, “Siding done by the Innovation Roofing." Based on their posts of prior work on their Facebook page and conversation with the Contractors Board, this indicates that my scope of work is within their job duties and license. If this is not allowed under a C-39 license they are doing this work and advertising for this work. I stated in this email that I need this issue resolved by close of business the following day on July 22n

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your experience. Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers, and to provide a positive experience. As we previously advised, the quote document you received was unauthorized and the product of a mistake by a former employee. We tried to find a mutually agreeable solution, but unfortunately, could not do so. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

We had a small leak in the roof during a period of heavy rainfall in January 2020. I called Innovative Roofing and requested that they inspect the roof. We received photos and discovered pigeons had used an area on the roof as their bathroom. They came and fixed the roof and we are extremely happy with the work performed! I highly recommend them for any roofing needs whether its a repair or if you need a new roof. They are professional and will do the work promised. Thank you so much.
