  Mr Gonzalez came over and agreed to do a roof and gutters for $16,000. Told us he would start in about Week and half. Now it’s been longer. I have called and texted many times. I got him to answer once on the phone and he told he would start by last Friday and now he is no longer answering my calls or responding to any text. This is supposed to be a professional company. If he didn’t want to do the roof and gutters then he should have never agreed and shook hands with my dad. This bad business and highly recommend for everyone to be careful doing business with him.

  Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Dishonest about "repairs" made and would not provide any description/documentation of the work they claimed to do on my roof. The owner actually hung up on me after I made repeated requests for basic documentation. This is the first company I have reported to the BBB.

  We hired Gonzalez Roofing to do our gutters and one part of our house they didn't put the gutters up against our ease and the rain runs between the gutter and the roof. We called many times and asked for them to come and fix it which the owner's son said that he would because he was the one we were working with It's been over a year and now winters coming again and our gutters are still not fixed. We paid him cash when the job was finished and after it started raining we let him know immediately and nothing. Can't recommend a company who only does half a job. In response. Over a year numerous calls and you're saying it's a misunderstanding? Many promises that you're going to come and fix it and your no-shows? And now it's a misunderstanding? Either refund us for that portion of the gutters or come and fix them . I can't believe it's a misunderstanding I seriously can't. Now when I call you don't answer and don't return phone calls so I don't see this being resolved.

  Gonzalez's did a new roof for me ten years ago. I've had leaks in the front area so had Fame Roofing do a check. They found shortcuts were taken in several areas causing problems. I've called w no response from Gonzalez. Fame will be fixing my issues. Just a heads up!

  One star just to get everybody's attention. Very unprofessional- you dont run a business having someone answering the phone saying, " Hey or Sup"... WOW! We let that go as it is the son I was told who takes the calls from the "office"... Yeah, right! Three calls to get the guy out for a visual estimate then never received the quote after we called and asked twice. We run a business in Lodi and [word of mouth is everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

  I recently had a new Presidential roof installed by Gonzalez Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Eric came out to inspect my existing roof to determine whether it actually needed to be replaced, took detailed measurements, and provided a very competitive estimate. As someone who has worked in sales for many years, I appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach. I felt confident that he was recommending what was truly needed rather than trying to make a sale. The installation crew was always on time, courteous, and professional. Throughout the project, Eric regularly checked on the progress and even sent me photos to keep me updated. Gonzalez Roofing also handled all of the permits and paperwork with the city, making the entire process hassle-free. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, professional, and delivers quality workmanship, I highly recommend Gonzalez Roofing.

  I called in an emergency and Eric responded back to me within 15 minutes. He fixed my leaky roof within a hour of my call. I highly recommend Eric and his crew.

  Absolutely 💯 beautiful job!! I'm so happy with the outcome of my roof and all the extras they did! Dry rot in several places and they fixed it all. I'm amazed at how fast they work and always upbeat in 100 plus weather. Would recommend them 👌 💯 percent. And the total price was so reasonable. I'm so grateful I chose them. …

  Best experience hands down! From communication to quality work. We contracted Gonzalez for just our roof and ended up getting our roof, patio overhang and house painted by them. Seriously couldn’t be happier! Our kitchen is next and when it’s time we will be reaching out to Eric and his team for sure!

  I reach out to Gonzalez Roofing to give me an estimate on what it would cost to replace my roof. Eric came out right away, gave me a reasonable price, 15,000 for new roof and gutters. I called 2 other local roofing company’s but they never came out! Gonzalez Roofing replace my roof and gutters in 3 days, they cleaned up after themselves! I am extremely happy with how my roof turned out! All workers were great, respectful! I highly recommend this company!

  Our roof needed to be replaced. I called and spoke with Eric and he came out and gave me a quote. They came out a couple of weeks later(due to the rain) and in three days my roof was replaced. The guys who came out were professional and worked hard. My roof looks great!!! I will definitely be recommending Gonzalez Roofing to family and friends. Great experience!!
