We had cheaper quotes, but Industrial Roofing Services were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to accommodate us and complete the job quickly as winter approached. We would certainly recommend them and use them again.

I recently used Industrial Roofing for a total roof replacement. I was so impressed with the crew that showed up. Prompt, clean and incredibly courteous. I have actually never had contractors work as hard and diligently. The entire job including removal, replacement on main building and auxiliary building done in one day. My neighbour (a retired roofer) commented on how well the job was done and how quick. I highly recommend their services.

Thank you so much, Tracy! We’re thrilled to hear how impressed you were with our crew and the overall experience. Finishing both the main and auxiliary buildings in a day was no small task, and we’re glad it met your expectations, especially with praise from a retired roofer! We truly appreciate your recommendation and are always here if you ever need anything in the future.

We have been working with Industrial Roofing for several years and will continue to do so. Since starting a regular roof maintenance program we no longer have any concerns about our roof because we know Industrial Roofing is taking care of it. They perform a thorough roof maintenance in the spring and fall, providing us with detailed reports of the work completed and any areas that require extra attention. From start to finish they ensure we are updated on when the crew will be on site, when the crew is complete their work and if any additional time is needed. Their employees are always punctual, polite and operate with safety as the top priority. We have more insight on the condition of our roof than ever before thanks to Industrial Roofing’s excellent team. Darcy Bradburn, Harmon Inc.

In June 2023 we had our roof re-shingled and a new skylight installed by Industrial Roofing Services. The quoted cost for the job was in line with three other quotes that we obtained but unlike the other contractors who stated that the job would take a week, Industrial informed us that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 days. We met representatives from Industrial and one other company and based on the thoroughness of their assessment and quote we chose Industrial Roofing. On the schedule day a crew of six arrived at 8:00 am and worked non-stop (except lunch) until 5pm with the same punctuality on the second day and the third day until noon. Despite 30+ temperatures the job was completed on time with exceptional quality. My wife and I could not have been happier. Lastly, the crew ensured that our property was left in perfect condition with all nails and cuttings removed. I would totally recommend this company without reservation.

They installed a new gravel roof for us and we are very pleased. Very professional and excellent quality work. We received several quotes but they were the only ones that brought up and discussed with us the need to lift up our existing AC units and generator etc.

During every step of the process, the team was incredibly helpful and communicative. We received daily updates and had a dedicated point of contact who helped us with any questions every step of the way. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. After the work was completed, we received a detailed report and warranty instructions. We had a great experience with Industrial Roofing Services and will use them again.
