I saw Imperial Roofing of Polk County Inc. publicly belittle someone on Facebook who was expressing frustration over the terrible road conditions in Polk County. Instead of showing empathy or staying professional, they mocked the person’s driving skills and dismissed their valid concerns. A business that insults community members instead of uplifting them or staying neutral isn’t one I would ever trust to work on my home. If this is how they treat people publicly, I’d hate to see how they handle customer complaints behind closed doors.

Don't cold call people and ask for them by name and then hang up on them when they tell you they don't need a free roof inspection. That's just rude!

Just called to see about getting an estimate and the lady said they were 7 months behind and hung up..Don't think I want to do business with them

Very difficult to work with. Doesn't return phone calls and doesn't work with trying to come by for an estimate.

Wanting to add gutters to the back of my home, I called Kenny Harp my roofer at Imperial Roofing of Polk County for advice. It turns out that he has crews for extruded aluminum gutters. He gave me a fair price and his color choice matched …

Good experience start to finish. The job was done in 2 days. I only found 1 roofing nail in the driveway after they left.

They helped me out when another company should have done the job right the first time. Well lesson learned, never go to signature roofing and don't suggest them either! Thanks imperial!

If you are fortunate to use this company, you will not regret it!!!!!!! Their work is outstanding and if there was a higher rating of more than 5 stars, they deserve it. THANK YOU for the fantastic job.
