I’m thrilled with the work Ralph and his team did at my Tiverton house. So impressed, I’ve hired them again to redo my deck. I-Con also installed new siding on my 1950s cottage and upgraded my roofing ventilation to code. Not only does the work look fantastic, but the pricing is incredibly competitive for top-notch craftsmanship. What sets Ralph apart is his exceptional responsiveness. He promptly returns texts and phone calls. I’m thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend this company.

My home was hit by a wind storm a couple of months ago. I had my roof shingles uplifted and damaged due to that storm, so I decided to call a local company called I-Con Construction Corp. and I’m glad I did. From the start I had an outstanding experience with them. I had the pleasure of working with Peter. I do have to say Peter, the knowledge, expertise and guidance you shared with me was outstanding. A huge Thank You!! to you. Also everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting at I-Con is extremely professional, quick and detail oriented. Excellent work was done by the crew! My roof looks amazing! When the roof was completed every thing was cleaned up, put back in its places and my property was left spotless afterward. The communication was great throughout the whole process and everyone showed up on time and when they said they would. I will definitely recommend I-Con Construction Corp. to anyone looking for knowledgeable professional people that are reliable and do professional work. Thank you to everyone at I-Con!!

I’m a recent retiree who delayed some much needed exterior work on my 1925 bungalow in coastal RI since I didn’t know anyone in the field. i-Con’s name emerged on a ChatGPT search after I interviewed several other established roofing companies in the area without feeling confident that I had found the right match. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work completed by i-Con Construction Corp and urge you to look into this outstanding company if you find yourself in the same position. As co-owner with a wealth of experience in the building industry, Peter was remarkably accessible and communicative and really enjoyable to work with. He guided me through the process every step of the way with warmth and good cheer and was endlessly patient with my many questions and concerns. He actively supervised the work of his skillful, hard working crew the entire day, and they managed to get both the roof on and gutters installed by sunset. I know that my property posed an additional challenge for them, as the bungalow sits essentially in the middle of a wrap around garden with small trees, shrubs and low growing perennials on all four sides. The crew took painstaking care to protect my outdoor work, which was years in the making. Not a single plant was damaged or even trampled! If you are looking for a top notch roofing and gutter contractor who takes pride in their work and values their customers, I would strongly encourage you to contact i-Con Construction Corp. and get to know Peter, Ralph and the amazing i-Con team. I am so grateful to have found them.

Had a great experience all around with replacing a rubber roof and rebuilding a decorative fence on one of the roofs. Peter came out to look at the job, used a drone to get a good look at everything. Great communication throughout the project. They were efficient, very clean and great work done.

I needed a new roof and some structural repairs, so I googled construction companies, and, since they are local, (in Swansea), and were rated very highly, I decided to go with them. The result is that these guys are PHENOMENAL! Not only did they schedule me in quickly, but they got everything done in 2 days! There was a huge crew working on my roof and the structural repairs came out strong and solid. The owners of the company, Ralph and Peter were exceptional to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable of how to correct the problems best and were very professional, personable, and efficient. I can't say enough about how great this company is, except that I will definitely reach out to them for any future projects! Looking for anything to be done to your home? Look no further. These are the guys to call!

I don’t usually write reviews but I-Con recently replaced the siding on my house and they exceeded my expectations. Ralph was easy to deal with, price was fair, workers were respectful. I would recommend I-Con to anyone for any exterior project. They deserve more than 5 stars.
