The workmanship was outstanding and the crew was efficient, respectful, timely and neat. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and executed exactly as described.   Steve and his crew performed scope of work (minus chimney) in a single day in 2022 - it was like watching an orchestra perform. He knew exactly what to do in regards to ensuring my house would be leak free upon conclusion of work. I described to him the need for new sheathing in many spots on the house and some on the garage. He took a look at my concern areas, scope of the work, and knew how to quote it and what would be required of his crew. He is probably the best in the area coordinating - knows how to plan around the weather and will man his crews accordingly. I had him come back this year to ensure the flashing was still good around the chimney. A January storm with 65+mph wind & 2-3 inches of rain had some rain coming in through my chimney (my luck). Steve made me aware of the re-pointing in the near term back in 2022, which I had not gotten around to. When he ensured his flashing was good, he & his crew noticed the chimney cracks and had his crew patch what they could of the chimney until the weather would cooperate for a re-pointing, rebuild, or take-down (my preference) - no charge because he is just a really good guy, who wants you & your family with a 2-3 y/o daughter leak-free too. It stayed about leak-free with a few more windstorms - only some glistening on the chimney in the attic space. I ended up getting a pair of quotes for rebuild or taking down the chimney, and Steve had the best quote. He just completed the work today & looks great! Very easy guy to talk to, and he does his work extremely well. I would recommend Steve to anyone especially with bigger jobs - he will hire more if the job & workload requires it. The orchestration of the house and garage roofs again was unbelievable - only found nails in the mulch too! I will definitely always remember his kindness and workmanship - forever thankful for his time.

  This review will be a little different from the others. I will echo what the other great reviews said but I will add something more. The methods materials craftsmanship were top notch. Clean up and productivity were amazing. I can speak from some experience. I have personally done 3 types of roofing. Hand split shakes and cedar wood, asphalt and rubber roofing in my construction experience in new housing and remodeling. No way I could have done my roof anywhere near as fast. I chose Steve at Exclusive. He was recommended from family, who used him and highly recommend Exclusive! I will do the same!

  Steve and his crew did my roof and 2 stall garage in one day. Very professional, his estimate was very well written. I chased roofers for a few months. No shows when they said they would come. I'm glad I found Exclusive Roofing. You will be highly satisfied with them as well.

  The only thing I can say is, if your life depends on the roof over your head – as I think, in many ways it does – you owe it to yourself to have Steve and Exclusive Roofing take care of any, and all of your roofing needs. My wife and I have had the distinct privilege, good fortune, and high honor to know Steve Michaud, and to work with Steve and his company, Exclusive Roofing since the week before Christmas almost four years ago. We lost some shingles from our roof, in a pretty good New England, coastal windstorm. I called multiple roofing contractors. No one responded (sound familiar?) – EXCEPT STEVE. He and his crew were up on our roof, within 48 hours, the week before Christmas. Buttoning up our roof as well as he did, Steve guaranteed that we would have a great Christmas. Steve and his crew – back then, and ever since - has been taking care to make sure that we have a solid, bulletproof roof over our heads, especially considering the periodic serious wind, and rainstorms we get here on the shore of Narragansett’s East Bay and the Sakonnet River. Steve and Exclusive Roofing have been our go-to roofer ever since. Back then, in December 2017, Steve stopped the leaks, and literally bailed us out. Then just last week, he made sure to take care that we’ll have a bombproof roof over our heads for the foreseeable future. Steve came, he saw, and he conquered. We gave him a deposit on Monday. On Tuesday, he called to say that roofing materials and supplies would be delivered on Wednesday. Steve went on to say he and his crew would be out on Thursday, weather-permitting, to do the job. Materials and a construction debris dumpster – included in Steve’s price – showed up right on time, on Wednesday. And so did Steve and his crew, at 7:00 AM on Thursday morning. And, by 7:30 that evening, we had a brand-new roof. I have never seen contractors and their crews – or ANYONE, for that matter - work so hard, so long, so well - AND, so fast - in my life.   Steve from exclusive roofing is one of the best trades people I’ve worked with I am a general contractor and we have used him a bunch of times for roof and gutter work and is always on time and very professional and good pricing I would highly recommend for any roof or gutter work you need

  We just had a section of our roof replaced by Steve and his crew. Steve came to my house the same day I called and he had my estimate emailed to me the very next day. I was in a bit of a time crunch and he was very accommodating with scheduling our job. His guys were very efficient and NEAT- no trash, random shingles, or nails anywhere on my property. He was there at the beginning of the job, saw that the dumpster was placed somewhere safe, so as to not damage my recently seal coated driveway, and he was there several times during the day to check in. He was also there to oversee the cleanup and to go over the work with me at the end of the day. Overall, we are very pleased with the work and the way we were treated.
