Thank you, Aaron, for taking the time to share your experience. We know how frustrating ongoing roof leaks can be, especially after multiple repair attempts over the years. they helped redo our commercial building roof - they were very communicative, and the crew worked quickly. After the first heavy rains, they came back to check on the roof and make sure everything performed as expected. Would recommend (and will probably have them do a touch up in a few years). Thanks!

We were recommended HP Roofing through another roofing company that we used for smaller scale work. HP Roofing was very honest in their inspection, letting us know multiple options we could do knowing that we wanted to cut cost as much as we could (as most would want). They also provided us with multiple estimates for us to compare and see if we would rather go with the a more extensive repair to the base level. Work was done quickly and any issues that were brought up after from tenants were resolved within the week (usually next day!) Since the repairs, outside of small issues that came up after initial repairs (handled quickly as mentioned), there has not been any issues with the roof in the last 2 years. They also provided a 10 year warranty (if i remembered correctly) which to me tells me that they are confident in their work and quality. 10/10 *Photo is 2 years after completion and its holding up and looking clean too!

Thank you so much for the detailed review and for trusting HP Roofing PRO with your roof installation. We really appreciate you mentioning the inspection process, the different repair options, and the follow-up service after the work was completed. Our goal is always to be honest, practical, and transparent so property owners can choose the solution that makes the most sense for their building and budget. We’re also glad to hear the roof is still holding up well two years later and that any small follow-up items were handled quickly. Thank you again for the 10/10 recommendation. HP Roofing has installed new roofing on 2 of our industrial buildings. 1 40700sqft and a 15200sq ft. Both jobs were completed on time, on budget, no surprises and the site was left clean. All communication was prompt and each invoice is accompanied with photos of the completed jobs.

This is the first time I have ever used a company based on a mailer! I'm always a bit skeptical of mailers but I did my due diligence (online research, asked for 3 references and even stopped by the office and met Jeff). Everything checked out with flying colors. So, I took the leap of faith and used HP for a new roof on my industrial warehouse along with 11 new skylights. I was impressed from start to finish: (1) Hayat was my main contact and his communication was clear, fast and thorough (2) Quoting process was fair and in-depth (lots of photos) (3) Payment structure was reasonable and structured When we got our first big rain storm recently, no leaks! Thank you HP for giving me peace of mind!
