I highly recommend this roofing team in Alhambra for any roof repair or roof replacement needs. After a strong storm, we thought our roof had damage, so we agreed to let a roofer inspect it and help with the insurance process. At first, the insurance inspection only noted minor shingle damage, but then we connected with another roofing contractor that was much more helpful and thorough. We had seen their roofing crews working on nearby homes, so we contacted them for a second opinion. Their representative, Clinton, came out, performed a careful roof inspection, and explained that a reinspection should be requested. From there, they worked directly with the insurance company and helped get full coverage approved for a complete roof replacement on both our house and detached structure. Before moving forward, we looked into their background and found they were an experienced certified roofing contractor with a strong reputation in the area. We were very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and the way Clinton handled the project. Once the job began, the roofing crew finished the tear-off and installation of both roofs quickly and efficiently. They used tarps to protect the yard, deck, and landscaping, and they did a very solid cleanup after the work was done. When the project was completed, they also gave us the manufacturer roof warranty paperwork, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and we are very happy with the new roof.

After a strong rain in Alhambra, we noticed a damp spot on the ceiling and a small roof leak. With more rain in the forecast, we called Gold Tech Roofing & Exteriors and they came out the very next day to inspect the issue and provide a fair quote. We scheduled the repair right away, and the crew returned the following day to complete the roofing work before the next round of weather moved in. I was worried the leak and water damage would get worse, especially with how slow some roofing contractors can be, but the response was fast and professional from start to finish. They explained the roof repair clearly, showed up on time, and handled everything efficiently. The repair was completed quickly, the area was left clean, and it was a huge relief to have the problem fixed so soon. I’m very happy with the service, the communication, and the overall quality of the work.

Gold Tech Roofing & Exteriors sent a large roofing crew out early in the morning, and they got right to work tearing off the old shingles and installing the new roof system. By the end of the first day, most of the shingle replacement was already done, which really showed how organized and efficient the team was. They returned the next day, wrapped up the remaining roofing work by mid afternoon, and made sure the installation looked clean and solid. Clinton was the crew lead, Jacob handled the project communication, and Zachary took care of quality control. Each one checked the completed roof carefully, which gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship. They also followed up after the main job to address cleanup details and help with a few gutter concerns, which I appreciated. Jacob stayed very responsive through texts and emails, answered questions quickly, and kept the whole roofing project moving smoothly. The whole experience felt professional from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend them for roof replacement, shingle work, and related exterior repairs.

i had a challenging flat roof on a mid-century modern home with a raised section that had a hip roof, and i wanted that area replaced with metal roofing. i spoke with several roofers and was most impressed with the team i chose. benjamin was very knowledgeable, understood my concerns about flat roof work, drainage, and the best way to handle the metal roof transition. their roofing certifications and experience gave me a lot of confidence. their price was competitive, so i moved forward with the project. the crew arrived on time, worked in a professional way, and protected the property with drop cloths during the tear-off. they kept the job site clean throughout the installation and paid close attention to detail. the new roof looks great, and the workmanship on both the flat roofing system and the metal section was done with real care. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or flat roof roofing work.

My contractor strongly recommended Gold Tech Roofing & Exteriors for replacing the gutters on my home and checking a few roofing items. I called and Zachary quickly set up an estimate within a couple of days. Clinton came out for the inspection, looked at the house gutters, checked the garage gutter system, and also reviewed the roof flashing. The house gutters needed prompt replacement because fasteners were backing out around the home and the system was no longer working the way it should. During the visit, he was helpful and honest. He secured a few loose gutter fasteners on the garage at no charge and explained that the garage gutter replacement and roof flashing repair could be scheduled after the more urgent work was handled. The main gutter replacement was completed soon after the estimate, and the new gutters look great, fit the roofline well, and drain rainwater properly. After a later storm, I noticed the garage gutters were still not performing correctly, so I called again to schedule the remaining gutter and flashing work. Jacob came back out promptly, reviewed everything clearly, and made the next steps easy. I appreciated how straightforward the process was from inspection to scheduling to installation. I am very happy as a repeat customer and would highly recommend this roofing and gutter company for friendly service, solid communication, dependable scheduling, and quality workmanship. It is also impressive that they continue to handle roofing, flashing, and gutter projects throughout the year when weather conditions allow.

We updated several parts of our home’s exterior, including the roof, soffits, siding, gutters, downspouts, and a sliding deck door. We first connected with a roofing contractor while gathering bids and were impressed from the start. Jacob came out soon after our first meeting and spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the roofing system and the rest of the exterior, checking details, answering our questions, and taking photos to document everything. About a week later, he returned with material samples that matched the look we wanted and explained the options in simple terms. Not long after that, we received a detailed estimate based on the ideas we discussed. The whole process felt organized, clear, and professional. We expected the roofing and exterior project to start later in the season, so we were very happy when the schedule opened up sooner. The roofing, siding, and gutter crews arrived on time, paid close attention to workmanship, and cleaned up the jobsite at the end of each day. Jacob also stopped by often to make sure the crew had what they needed, inspect the progress, and answer any questions along the way. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this team to anyone needing roof work or other exterior home improvements.

Our home has wood trim and siding, and it was the right time to update the exterior and replace the roof shingles at the same time. A few sections of trim and siding needed repair, so we looked into several local roofing contractors in Alhambra and chose the one that felt like the best fit. We worked with Benjamin and were very impressed by his roofing knowledge, professionalism, and clear communication. He explained the options in simple terms, went over the pros and cons of different roofing and exterior repair choices, and never made us feel pressured. The whole project was well organized from start to finish. One crew removed the old shingles and installed the new roof, while another crew handled the exterior cleaning, replaced damaged trim and siding, and carefully sealed and caulked the areas where water could get in and cause problems. Their workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. Everything was completed neatly, and the cleanup after the job was thorough. Everyone we spoke with, from Benjamin to Jacob in the office and the rest of the crew, was respectful, friendly, and easy to work with. They made the entire roofing and exterior repair process smooth and stress free. My wife and I highly recommend this roofing company for shingle replacement, wood repair, and overall exterior home improvement work in Alhambra.
