  So, after storm damage, they were supposed to come out give us an estimate repair the holes bill the insurance company so they decide after we chose not to use them for the hour and 40 minutes the gentleman spent putting nails into our roof to cover the holes they tried to bill our insurance company over $4000 so if this is in your ballpark, I would guesstimate how much a roof would cost but there are many other quality union companies out there. This one is not a union company. ….

  TLDR: Proceed with caution After our neighbors used this company, we decided to use them as well. Unfortunately, things did not go as smooth. The intial interactions with the client consultant was good, however once the insurance checks started coming in, communication dropped and the client consultant seemed too busy to deal with us now that we signed a contract and they had the insurance money. During the project, they sent workers to our house without notice and while we were out of town. When I saw this on my cameras, I called our contact and was told that's just how it is. They don't know when the workers show up. They did not complete a few things as they should have and our neighbors caught them peeing in our very non-private backyard. By the end of the project, when never actually received an invoice. We were told that we needed to pay the final check we unexpectedly received from the insurance along with our deductible. After reviewing the insurance estimate and going over it in detail with the adjuster, it was determined that several items were not completed. The client consultant was disrespectful, unprofessional, and sent us several rude text messages. We were finally able to speak with the manager and he cleared things up, apologized multiple times for the behavior of his client consultant, and we were able to close out the project after 10 months. The actual work done was ok. The garage door guy was fantastic, the roofers were decent, and the gutter guys were messy and lacked attention to detail. One person can really ruin an experience and that I believe is what happened with us. My advice is to train your client consultants on how to be professional and manage a project properly. We were asked not to call the office multiple times and to deal directly with him which should have been a red flag from the start because once we reached out to the office, things were already a mess.

  Artem and his team did a great job. From a fast and timely meeting after a hailstorm, he was diligent in working with our insurance company. We did not have to worry about the process as he handled every derail, kept us informed of the process, evening when it was slow with the insurance company.   Horizon Restoration is dependable, reliable, and professional. They were a referral from our pastor for roof damage. After contacting them, they returned my call almost immediately. We worked with AJ. He was very knowledgeable of the insurance process. He worked with our insurance company and the adjuster to ensure no damage from the claim was overlooked. Because of his expertise in insurance claims, after inspecting our home, he informed us of damage to our siding also. Our insurance company was trying to delay the progress, but Horizon Restoration continued to work with us until the claim was approved. We are very satisfied with our new roof and siding. Horizon Restoration exceeded our expectations.
