  I’d love to be leaving a review of their work, but they unfortunately “ghosted” me. If you don’t want to read the whole thing, short of it is I’ve had to reach out twice to get information on my quote, and I haven’t heard back from them since. Long story: I put in a request for a siding quote some time during early June, and the customer service on the phone was fine enough. The guy ended up coming out on a Tuesday and spent about 15 minutes measuring my house then told me I’d get the quote by end of week. Most companies get you the quote on site, but I it wasn’t a big deal. Well… Friday comes and goes, Monday comes along and I sent an email asking for an update… radio silence. I ended up calling on Tuesday (a week after the visit) and the guy on the phone said they’d have the quote by the end of the day. I DID receive it… at 9 pm. Unfortunately, the quote did not explicitly mention a few things we discussed such as storm AND exterior door replacement as well as doubled up foam board for insulation. I also received nothing in the way of options for styles or colors available. I sent an email back requesting clarification and some info (or at least a website I could refer to) on the siding options….. no response. I ended up calling a few days later to ask for clarification, and I could hear the guy on the phone ruffling through papers on his desk and said “ah yes, we did get your question” and said whoever could answer it was out on a quote and get back to me shortly. That was the last I heard from them. I ended up choosing a company that has been VERY responsive and spent the time to go through options and explain the job from start to finish. The inconvenience for me is just a delay on my project, but I want to point out to whoever reads this at Dynico that you guys missed out on a $26k project. The reason I was asking for more info is because we were ready to sign once everything was squared away. I couldn’t be happier that we didn’t end up getting stuck Dyn

  Hi Jeff, Sorry for misunderstanding, but we were not hired to do a emergency roof repair. It was for a free estimate/proposal to look at for a ongoing leak. You mentioned you tried to repair yourself before your painter comes in midweek. We did talk/text throughout the day, but unfortunately the job we were on took longer to finish. I hope you can understand I couldn’t abandon a client.

  I waited to meet with the person at an appointment that was schedule but no one showed up. The company emailed an estimate the next day. But, they didn't give me any idea on what I needed to go over.

  Our sales contact Gabe was responded immediately to all questions including examples of completed roofing colors and pricing. I would say they went above and beyond but it's a big expense! Teamwork on the crew was a breath of fresh air. Clean, skilled, and communicative.

  Dynico did an amazing job with our roof replacement and vent stack flashings. Everything was clean and orderly. After a couple major storms, no leaks! I would recommend Dynico to anybody. Thanks Corky!
