When he looked at my "WOOD BEE", he named a ridiculous price I thought I was sure to pay. Instead, he gave me a chimney sweep price, but not the carpenter bee prices which was not on the contract. Now, it's in excess of a thousand plus, and you are going to have to wait a long time to get it done. Plus, it will be $500 plus just to get the wood bees from the nest.

Hi there. This looks like the review was intended for your exterminator... not for us. We take your feedback seriously, thank you for taking my call. As I mentioned, you'll want to call your exterminator to resolve this issue.

They never got back with us on a quote, we just went with a different roofer, so I truly won't recommend them just look for someone else.

Oh gosh Javier. I can’t apologize enough. I’d like to chat with you if I may to see what happened? May I ask you to call me personally? 956-637-7663. If nothing else I’d ask to be permitted your feedback so I can coach my team. Im trying to find you in the system so I can see what transpired. I do have one team member who is unexpectedly out of office due to a family emergency so I suspect it might be with him?

Roofers finished the roof pretty quick, have yet to clean up-nails all over the area where they parked the dumpster; nails exposed on the ceiling inside the house, cut a hole on the roof which cut thru the ceiling thus lowering the value …

Thank you so much for clearing your schedule so we were finally able to get in to complete your roof. We've been through lots getting your roof repaired together! SO happy with how it turned out. It's JUST beautiful! And we absolutely appreciate your schedule is busy... remember always, we do have our lowest price guarantee. This was a complicated restoration, but it sure did turn out well! Super proud of it. Now we get to tackle that insurance together! :-) I'm on it with a leader there now. Thanks so much for your collaboration. I personally assure you… we are here for you long term and as I said earlier. I'm SO happy we got to meet and to get to know each other. Love you to bits! God bless, Greg

The company sent B.J., a fellow who says he's South Carolina and constantly talks about how he's a Christain, to check a small leak in my roof. He found the problem, and after getting on the roof, showed me photos of five or six asphalt shingles curled up. He quoted me $500 and dummy me agree. I told him that my wife and I were leaving and that we didn't want to be gone if he had a problem on the roof. He said not to worry that it would only take a few minutes to glue down the shingles. I thought about later. How could he charge me $500 for a job that only took a few minutes? Then I spoke with a general contractor I know and he said the job should have cost about $150. Beware of people claiming to be good Christians and companies that have 'honest' in their name.

Hi Barry, We definitely appreciate you being a loyal repeat customer. Old roofs do tend to be problematic and we're always happy to help. Thank you too for the feedback. BJ's work was quality and on the mark. He's an upstanding man. We appreciate money is tight which is why we don't charge per visit. Doing this our way costs you less in the end. It's all part of our transparent pricing. In the end, apples-to-apples, we are guaranteed lowest price. It was great to chat with you a couple weeks ago too. Your particular roof doesn't have shingles and it's a bit more complicated. The time our team spent on your roof was a valuable first effort; sealing quite a number of lap joints. Rest assured, we proudly fully guarantee our work, unlike average repair guys. We are here for the long haul. The BEST news? Any work we do, goes towards your full roof replacement later when you're ready. This gives you breathing room. It's basically a deposit instead of loss/cost. This way you don't lose a penny! I mentioned before, when a roof like this is in need of replacement and a homeowner is hoping to delay the investment; repairs often include a number of visits 'sluthing' to deterimine the source of the leak. As I assured you, any and all further visits through the guarantee are also covered. If you're having problems, please do let me know so my team can get out there real time. We are here for you. All my best, Greg

Honest? Hardly. Their quote was more than double everyone else's. They wanted $45,000 for a $20,000 job.

I think you might have linked the wrong company. You're not a client of ours. - Also, if you do want us to come out, we are guaranteed Lowest Price. Apples to apples, we are happy to compare the estimate against our guaranteed price. If they're the same product list and workload, we will beat their price by at least $100 every time. :-)

Hi there. Thank you for the kind words. And we are happy to help our Vets, teachers and First Responders! And we do agree... even with our guaranteed lowest prices... the recent Manufacturer price increases month over month are definitely unfortunate. God bless you sir. As spring came around my husband and I realized we needed to repair our leaky porch roofs. I called HONEST ABES and spoke with Greg. He was very helpful and sent BJ to check out our problem. BJ was GREAT! As our repair technician he was extremely professional! He completed our repair in a timely manner. Clean up after himself on a daily basis. Always kept us informed of the progress. Definitely 5 stars!

Following a heavy rain i found that my roof was leaking. When I called i also asked what other services they provided and was told windows and doors. My bedroom window was also leaking. The day after my call BJ arrived to inspect my roof and window. BJ was very professional and informed me that he would also be the one doing the work. I was not able to be home when the work was being done. Bj kept in contact with me via text and sent me photos as he was doing the work and once all the work was complete.

Thank you for trusting us with your roof and window repairs. We're pleased BJ provided professional service and clear communication throughout. Thanks so much.
