Angela, Thank you for your honest review. This is on us. We have recently transitioned to a new scheduling software. Unfortunately, we've found that we have missed several appointments due to the transition. We will correct this. Sincerely, Chris Castillo, Owner Castillo and Co

If you're looking for a roofing contractor in the Rio Grande Valley, look no further than Castillo Roofing. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, Chris Castillo was communicative, responsive, and delivered exactly what he promised — no surprises, no runaround. The crew was professional and hard-working, completing a full tear-off and reroof on my home in just three days. The quality of the work speaks for itself, but what really set this experience apart was the attention to detail from foreman Daniel. He made sure the job was done right and personally ensured every item on the punch list was completed to my satisfaction before calling it done. That kind of accountability is rare and it made all the difference. The finished product exceeded my expectations — new Atlas shingles, solar attic vents, and a custom craftsman-style front gable that completely transformed the look of the house. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Castillo Roofing also offers easy financing options that made the whole project manageable without compromising on quality or materials. If you want the job done right by people who actually take pride in their work, call Chris Castillo. You won't regret it.
