They don't stand behind their work. Won't return to job and fix a mistake that anyone who knows anything about shingling would never do.
Other reviews we hold
2 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

We needed a brick chimney removal. This involved removing the chimney down below the soffit and fascia, finishing the roof, matching shingles, new fascia and soffit. Jason and his crew were professional, courteous, and know their trade very well. Such good work and service during the busiest time of the year gets a well deserved 5 star. Thanks Jason. Here's a photo taken during a break...the crew replaced the finishing aluminum shortly after.

From the point of researching roofers in the Durham region and contacting Jay and the process has been smooth on budget on time and will recommend to any homeowner to call Jay first. With over 20 years experience tell him Viktor from Viktory landscaping sent you. 😉 …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on HMC Roofing & Contracting. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
