  Not open, no service. So much for my 10 year warranty

  This company is an absolute joke. They did my mothers roof, and left the job incomplete (while taking full payment). It took 2 months of trying to contact them, and getting made continuous promises week after week to come finish the job. I have never been given and or heard so many excuses in my life. Not only that, they left shingles all over the yard that had to be picked up, as well as loose shingles hanging off the edge of the roof. If it was possible to give a negative star review, I would. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCABS.

  I'm so sorry your feel this way. Yes there was a separate roof on the back of the house over a bay window. We went back and did the bay window for free!!! Of charge! And also repainted all the flashing all April 1 month after we were paid in full! Yes we went back an did the extra roof and painted no charge. As per garbage left around are ground cleaner is normally very persistent on being perfect. Sorry this happened. We have been in business for over 17 years not sure what happened there. My apologies Mike

  Unfortunately not that happy. Several singles became loose after some time the finally responded and repaired. One year later tried to contact them again. No response. Message machine full. They never did get back to me. Mid winter with singles missing I was forced to contact another service fearing further damage. Tried contacting them start of December. Not professional to simply ignore the customer. Blackbird response is wonderful and all. How about responding and telling the customer that. Nothing in the messages suggesting what they stated below. I had a company who made the repairs. I am sure the employees safety wasn’t compromised.

  I hired this company in 2017 to replace my roof, gutters and soffets. They did a botched job. We had shingles falling off within 1 year. We had ice damming this year and when we had it inspected it showed extensive water damage behind the shingles due to this company not sealing the windows. There was no venting done in the roof. We now have to replace all the plywood around the whole house. They also left a hole in the plywood on one side of the house. We had one room that was constantly cold and could not understand why. This was why. We have been trying to contact them for weeks and they refuse to answer our calls. Do not waste your money or time with this company. They are unethical. We are exploring our legal options as this is costing us thousands of dollars.

  Had this company shingle my roof a few years ago. Never got the final warranty paperwork from them (bit shady). This week I had several shingles come loose, exposing the roof, because they were not nailed in the correct spot. The roofing company that did the repairs also found cut shingles in my gutters and extra roof caps just left on the roof. Stay away!! To owner: This is very much a real review. Problems were not caused by wind or a rain storm, but due to nails being nailed above the self-sealing strip. To the owner again: Your replies of sarcasm and attempts to belittle me is exactly why clients should avoid your company. Very Unprofessional.

  When I got a quote they mentioned that ice shield will be put on the edges but it was not put. I noticed it only after they finished and he said the roof didn't require it. Cheats.

  Mike and the crew were amazing! They were punctual, professional and fast. I can't recommend them enough! If you want a competitive quote for good work, these are your roofers!

  These guys are great. After the storm of May 2022 we lost quite a few shingles. My wife found Blackbird roofing. One call and the were at my house in 1 day. What great service!! The repaired my roof at a very reasonable and competitive …

  If you are in need of a roofer don’t hesitate to call Mike at BlackBird Roofing. To start with he was very helpful in providing samples and even locations to view to make shingle colour selection easier. Very prompt, phone calls were returned quickly and the job was scheduled and completed faster than expected. Quality installation and the job site was left clean. Pricing was more than fair in my opinion. Thanks Mike and crew.

  Had a leak in my roof. Mike came with a member of his team to check out my roof leak on short notice. What an honest and hard working individual and team. Got a chance to speak to him about his business as well. He treated me very fairly, and with absolute transparency. If you want an honest team, who wants to establish a long term relationship with there customers, go with this team. You will get honest and prompt service. Not much more you can ask. Thanks Mike.

  We needed our roof done after 19 years. After consideration and receiving several quotes we chose Blackbird as they were very reasonable. Blackbird just finished our roof and they were AMAZING! Beautiful job, the team were very professional. The team that were here doing the job, actually were the definition of 'team work'! I'll tell you as well, with the clean up they did, it looked way better than before they started. I would recommend Blackbird to anyone needing their roof done with the highest of confidence that they would absolutely be 100% satisfied. Thank you so much to the Blackbird roofing team.   I notified Mike of the wind damage to our church roof. An hour later he had his team address and repair the damage. As Mike was doing other repairs in the area, and seeing that the damage was minimal, he told me the repair was “on him” and he will not send an invoice. While the free service was much appreciated, I wanted to commend Mike on his responsiveness and quality of workmanship. An early Christmas present for us. Thanks Mike and Team Blackbird.
