  Edit * 11/4/2024 unfortunate that I need to retract my glowing review for this company as I have referred them to several friends and family. High Point has dropped the ball on a customer by not being responsive in letting the customer know if they were coming to do the job and when customer asked to be informed timely, was then informed that they were no longer interested doing their project. Jose and his crew are very professional and efficient. Honest on pricing and very responsive. They started and finished in one day and watching the crew work was impressive. They obviously have a lot of experience. I would highly recommend them.

  Needed a valley repair. Came over quickly and put tarps everywhere BUT the valley. Half of it blew away. They never came back. Had to hire someone else. Guess they don't have mothers or wives or daughters to relate to helping an old woman.

  If you aren’t much interested in being communicated with, choose this guy. When asked if they were going to show up on the day promised, they promptly responded that they were no longer interested (first prompt reply I received). That should tell you everything about them….

  I found José with High Point Roofing & Construction, LLC to be friendly, honest and thorough. I set appointment with him for a minor issue which he handled quickly. I asked him to supply me with estimates on other work. He discussed with me what needs doing and what doesn’t and why. He never tried to upsell or talk me into something I didn’t need. I appreciate that so much. He answered my questions and was pleasant to work with.

  We had a great experience working with High Point. We had them side an older wood sided garage with new vinyl siding and it looks great. We also had them repair and replace part of the roof that had been done poorly on the last. They were very responsive and had good suggestions. I would definitely call them again!

  What can I say about High Point Roofing ... in a word ... fantastic. No one looks forward to replacing their roof, but this turned out to be a positive experience. The estimate was set up and performed quickly, and when approved, the job was scheduled without delay. We needed to reschedule once due to thundershowers, but we were back on track quickly. The job was performed in one day with a five man crew that worked extremely well together ... they are a great group of guys. What more can I say ... I made the correct choice, and I love my roof!

  Jose was patient, honest and true to his word. His work team worked so hard and had my house and garage finished in one day. The quality of the work was exceptional.
