  Our flat roof at our Bellville NJ location was shot, leaking and just in terrible shape. We actually had two roofing contractors who told us there was not much that could be done unless everything including rafters were changed and came in at a price about $40k higher then High Caliber Roofibg. Out of six other estimates High Calibercwas in third but with a very small difference naybev$350 between them and second, but out of everyone Frank with HighbCalibbercwas the most transparent, honest, thorough, and spent the most time answering questions in person and through text and emails. I called Frank for a free consultation and we went over every option and scenario. He even took me on the roofer to show me what the issues were and thank god, because another winter would have lifted an entire layervofbthevokdvtorchbdown, which Frank said isn’t used much, is cheap, and was in terrible shape. He recommended a few options but we settled on a TPO option with insulation underneath and it looks great. Best of all since High Caliber is a GAF Master Commercial Roofer he was able to give me a GAF Diamond Pledge 20 year warranty in addition to his own company’s 10 year warranty. Frank explained that only certified commercial roofers with GAF can give this warranty which if anything happens regardless of the cost I’m fully warrabtiedvdirectiybthrough the manufacturer GAF. This is peace of mind I never thought I would have. Also, his price was very fair and compared to the other estimates High CalibervRoofibg was definitely the way to go. I would recommend them to anyone with any kind of roof from commercial to residential, and ai was surprised to find out that Frank and his company also do public works government work. Anyway, I am currently in talks to have High Caliber do my personal house as they are also GAF Master Elite Roofibg Contractors who offer the Gooden Pledge Warranty which is 50 years on materials and 25 on labor not to mention his very competitive pricing.   Frank and Lenny along with his amazing roofing crew did an absolutely excellent job on our roof. Ripped 2 layers, repaired damaged plywood, installed a new roof and left my home as clean as new. At the end of the day you couldn't even tell they were there. Frank worked with us throughout the entire job to make sure we were satisfied. We had 5 competitive quotes and Frank was the better choice by far. His professionalism and quality of workmanship are exceptional. We would and will recommend Frank to anyone at anytime.

  Frank and his workers were a pleasure to deal with. Frank always replied to any text or phone calls. Which is rare. The world was exceptional and everything was cleaned up at the end.   Frank and his crew at High Caliber were the best, fair priced and trustworthy. Frank was prompt and informative. Everything went as scheduled from dumpster delivery to job completion. Job was done on schedule and clean up done. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

  What can I say about this company? Excellent!! They have the best price that no one can beat. Frank is the guy to look for. And he is very patient answering all my questions, and explain further about the work and materials. He went beyond what is expected. We got the free gutter guard as part of the promotion! And he make sure everything looks good! The roof was fantastic, and the warranty is a plus! You will never regret hiring this company. I highly recommend him.   Call today! I wasted time getting other estimates and had to deal with unprofessional people. Not here! Frank was a pleasure to work with. He responded immediately and gave us a quote within hours. Gave us quality work at a good price! I agree with another review where High Calibers estimate came in just under others. Would most definitely recommend.

  Frank the owner of High Caliber Renovations is tremendous to deal with. First he either answers the phone or calls you back within minutes. He responds to customer text messages. Estimates are in writing. Prices are fair. The quality of the work is exceptional. If you are not happy with something Frank and his crew will make it right. Frank and his crew showed up when they said they would. The work was done promptly and professionally. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed. I would use High Caliber Renovations again without hesitation.
