  Avoid Herts Roofing & Construction at all costs. My experience with Jimmy Hertilin and Herts Roofing & Construction has been nothing short of a nightmare. After taking my money, the project has dragged on for four months with no completed deck. Every time I ask for an update, I’m told, “It will be done soon,” but those promises never materialize. Communication has been terrible, deadlines have been repeatedly missed, and there has been no accountability. Instead of getting honest answers or seeing meaningful progress, I’ve been left with excuse after excuse while my project sits unfinished. I trusted this company to build my deck, but instead I’ve dealt with months of frustration, broken promises, and a complete lack of professionalism. If you’re considering hiring Herts Roofing & Construction, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of contractors who value their customers’ time, communicate honestly, and actually finish the work they are hired to do. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, and I cannot recommend Herts Roofing & Construction based on my experience.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Herts Roofing & Construction, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and my new roof looks amazing. They also took great care to protect my property and left my yard spotless when they were finished. It's hard to find a company that's honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work, but Herts Roofing & Construction definitely does.   The Herts Construction Team was amazing from start to finish. Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job building my trex deck. The construction crew is the best. Jimmy is trustworthy and wonderful to work with. He goes out of his way to keep his promises. I would recommend them 100 percent.
