The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Heritage Roofing.

I would not recommend Heritage Roofing or Jeff Phinnemore. He installed IKO Cambridge shingles on our cottage and assured us of a 15-year warranty, covering both materials and labor, in addition to the shingles' lifetime warranty. However, just six years after installation, the roof began leaking in several spots. We called Jeff back for three consecutive years to attempt repairs. While he installed a new valley in one area, the other issues remained unresolved. He admitted that he was unsure how to fix the problem and suggested we file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer concluded there was no issue with the shingles and pointed to installation as the problem. Other roofers who inspected the roof agreed with this assessment. When we returned to Jeff with the manufacturer's findings, he stopped responding to our calls and emails. His lack of professionalism and unwillingness to stand behind his work led to us having to replace the entire roof.

What Heritage Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Licensed
“…We are Licensed, Insured with 2 million in liability…”
Free estimates
“…provide you with a no obligation, free estimate, with suggested options to help you…”
Their site also states: insured, warranty offered, states years in business.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Heritage Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
