  Rene Sorensen is an angry little man who shouted at my elderly mother when discussing our leaking roof, instead of giving a specific time and date for a quote we got "I'll be there in a few hours" and spent the day waiting, after he arrived around 5 pm we asked about a timeline for the roof and he started shouting about "doing the job right, or not at all". He threw his hands up and stormed off pouting like a toddler because we told him that we couldn't wait 21 days for a 2 hour job, if that (replacing flashing against the bottom of a wall that's 6' long or less, seriously one strip of aluminum you have to secure in place). Honestly disgraceful and extremely unprofessional, you're much better off with literally any other roofing company if this is the kind of guy they send out.

  Hired him to patch my roof. Was very rude and did not show up on time. Also tried to charge me more than previously discussed.

  I wouldn't even give this company 1 Star. Exhausting experience from the beginning and more than one issue since - only to be told by several other roofers afterwards of the shoddy workmanship up there. Pictures don't lie. Greed & Dishonesty is a terrible disease. Save yourself the grief.

  Absolute joke, messy and inconsistent work. Had a nail stuck in my tire 3 times over from these guys. Confront the owner just to be flipped off and cursed out. Not to mention as I went to walk away after a heated discussion he proceeded to push me with his COMPANY TRUCK! Unbelievably unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous

  We have hired Kei-Lin Roofing for more than one property now because we have come to trust their work and know we can rely on them being on the job when they say they will be ! They came on short notice when a client of ours was let down by another roofer and got them looked after right away . They do an exceptional job every time (and clean up when they are done !) We highly recommend Rene and his crew !

  I currently have Kei-Lin Roofing replacing my steel roof due to hail damage. Cory, Rob and the lads are amazing. They have answered all my questions, silly or not, and not made me feel foolish. They are very respectful and have worked through the heat without complaint. I would absolutely suggest you give Rene a call for any roofing needs. I can not say enough - great people to deal with and my roof looks fantastic.

  Came promptly to fix a senior citizens house who was in need. Did a wonderful job, very professional hard workers. Did a great job redoing the roof. Covered gardens and many objects in the yard to prevent debris from damaging any of her flowers. The crew did a great job cleaning up. 10/10 would recommend.

  Called to get quick service for a senior with a bird / nest issue where a hole needed quick repair as also affecting neighbors . They were very friendly and quick. Will definitely keep them in mind for larger jobs or recommendations.

  I tried calling a few other places before with some frustrating replies but Rene at Kei-Lin was great. He had a quote the same day I called him to get some urgent repairs done. No hassle and the job done right.

  Awful service experience. I was inquiring about a mid sized patch job for my roof and told they were booked, I definitely. Give me a break!!
