  Terrible customer service! Can’t believe these guys come strongly recommended! Called for a quote, they came, they saw and they left, never to be heard from again. Have called countless times and the message gets passed on to someone else, or rather no one at all! They must be too good for our business

  Cut the satellite cables, didn't put the spec'd underlayment down correctly, constant fight with the installer. They did eventually send a manager back to fix it. Gave me a guarantee it would be good. that was last year. less than a year later they don't carry this brand of shingle.

  I received a voicemail last week that my job would be further delayed 4-6 weeks, after waiting the initial 4-6 weeks and another 2, give or take. I called back for clarification and didn’t exactly receive that, as whomever I was talking to did not know the answers to my questions. I was informed an Evan would return my call and of course this has not happened. While I do understand delays can happen, this time frame is unacceptable. Furthermore, lack of follow up from your company is unacceptable as well. I did my “homework” to the best of my ability; your company did come recommended and the reason why I chose to go with you, and now I feel taken advantage of and insignificant as a customer in your company’s eyes. “Way to go”, making a single woman feel this way. I find it very hard in this city to be able to rely on reputable businesses who will not take me for a ride. Go ahead and cancel my job officially, as I’m somewhat certain your company would never have gotten to it anyway. And “thanks so very much” for wasting my time. Shameful!   If I could put 0 stars I would. I don’t have any experience as far as their quality of work. But as far as their driving, it is dangerous. Two men in the truck. Riding my tale while I’m going the speed limit on the highway. Flipped me off and went over the line in my direction as they passed me while flipping me off. I had a child in my truck. Not impressed.

  This company is a joke ! Keep giving you excuses for not showing up ( short on staff , too windy , too cold , ). And they don’t call to let you know they just don’t show up ! Do not recommend

  Jason I believe that you phoned the office and complained. Myself and my husband came and cleaned up the garbage and stayed until the roofers were off the roof. We brought you a gift card the next day and apologized. As soon as the job was done we fired the roofer and he has not worked for us since. This is not behavior that we will tolerate. Once again my apologies for this incident.

  Dale I am not sure when this happened but I don't recall you calling me to discuss this. If we give a quote typically we stand behind the quote its rare that we add anything unless its wood rot or work scope change. Vance has been installing our eavestroughs for us and most people can't say enough good about him. He is a perfectionist and makes sure that his work is done correctly. I would be interested to hear from you and find out when this was done and who the installer was.

  Heritage Roofing is a well known GP company. They were responsive to my inquiry and were able to attend and repair my roof in 24 hours. Price was beyond reasonable, service even better.

  We had Heritage Roofing complete the roof and bell tower at our church (Christ Church Anglican), and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were fair, honest, and very easy to work with—always kind and responsive to our needs. The crew did a solid, professional job from start to finish. We truly appreciate their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heritage Roofing to others.

  A windstorm blew some shingles of our roof. We called them on a Saturday evening and they came out Sunday afternoon and repaired the damage. Excellent customer service.

  Amber, we truly apologize for the inconvenience we caused you. Our Facebook page admin got messed up for a while and we were unable to log in for a period of time, we have since fixed that issue. As far as never getting back to you via telephone, all we can say is sorry! during our busy times we try to manage all the income information, but unfortunately, sometimes, things get missed. We are working very hard, currently, on coming up with processes so that this doesn't happen anymore. we thank you for your feed back and are working towards making sure this doesn't happen again.
