Have tried over the last couple of years to get a quote for siding install on some of our custom homes. I'm always blocked at reception by a lady who says someone will have to call me back. No one calls back. Today, Sept. 26, I asked for a cell number to call someone directly to discuss the project. Was told by reception there were no cell numbers available and after telling her I'd have to go somewhere else with our business I was told to have a nice day. As a home builder I expect to have a direct line to each of my sub-trades and have the opportunity to talk to someone experienced in the matter at hand. If someone calls me back with a cell number and establishes a connection I'll be happy to update the review.

Hi Jared we appreciate the feedback and are always aiming to get back to everyone as soon as possible. This is the busiest season of the year and with weather approaching we are focusing all resources on leaking roofs and getting time sensitive projects done and focus less on creating relationships with new builders. Best email contact@cwxteriors.ca or look back into the emails we exchanged to find the email of the project manager you dealt with on February 27 2023 (Karl). Also we are located at 8814 112 Street and one of us is usually here. Have an amazing day.

Terrible experience in trying to get a quote done for house repairs. Terrible communication at all points.

Quality of work was good but clean up was very poor. Found roofing nails everywhere. Shingles left all over my property and there was a compressor oil spill on my deck that wasn’t cleaned up.

Hi Bill, we seem to not be able to find you in our system. Please let us know if there is anything else that needs to be cleaned up.

This company was referred to us and they do have really good reviews so I was excited to use them, but after 3 blown appointments in a 2 weeks span plus a window quote that was the highest in town by almost double I can not give them a good review. I feel bad for even posting this but the excuse was that insurance companies take priority, If you can't show up or even call how can I put any trust into this business. Sorry but with a extremely bad experience I can not recommend them

Chance was great, came right away for a quote, reasonable pricing, great communication. Both Chance and Karl are great to deal with. Crew did a great job on the roof. Highly recommend CW Xteriors.

The team at CW Xteriors are amazing. They did a complete transformation of our house for us over the winter and we are so pleased. They installed new insulation all around the exterior of our home with beautiful new siding, soffits and facia, new basement and garage windows and a new overhead garage door. Then they built us a brand new fence with a huge gate this summer. We recommend the team to everyone - they are professional, efficient and well-priced. We will use them again in the future. We have had several neighbours inquire on who completed the work and we confidently recommend CW Xteriors to them all.

Chance from C.W exteriors came out to assess our roof after a wind storm.. He's was very informative and professional. They had the roof color matched and looking just like new in no time. Very happy with the prompt service and would definitely call them again!
