  Honest review. I will preface by saying insurance is a bulk of the problem. Long winded process of trying to get various house repairs done from wind damage and "assurances" of getting more insurance coverage from contractor which never happened or too little to matter. Issues encountered, no truly fixed price for any services, billed for hidden expenses without prior consent, inaccurate invoices (in other words you do not really know what you paid even after paying), bloated claims of costs used to justify higher final bill like materials or labor, which are not nearly as much as what it is claimed to be. Could not get a static invoice or any real idea of final cost, or you get a statement after the fact with the hidden amount revealed. Apparently some have a good experience, this did not happen here. Personally I would avoid this place. There are various deceptions used like above or "doing the job right" and you will not be happy finding out after the fact that whatever job costs thousands more than was what first agreed, running out of money for other projects, or taking money out of your bank account to cover what was never expressed in writing beforehand.

  Using restoration is one of my favorite companies they get me a lot of work. Also he does a tremendous work. He’s great with customers. Awesome pricing, and I would recommend him for any type of of roofing installation or any other restoration needs

  Healing Restoration did an outstanding job of replacing (tear off) a flat roof on our house. They also replaced all the gutters (with leaf guards) and added soffits. Working with the owner was a very positive experience. I received a quote in a timely fashion and the work was started within the timeframe that was promised. The crew worked efficiently to complete this project on time. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company.

  Michael Healing and team were all excellent professionals. What started off as a few missing roof shingles became a complete tear-off and rebuild. Mike and I were able to advocate for an insurance claim to cover the roof replacement!  Which was great because my porch needed a rebuild as well. The team did not cut corners and documented the progress for each step completed. I have over 100 pictures from the 3 projects. This made my insurance claim easy to submit for final approval and release of funds. Mike, the project manager was there to ease my anxiety upon seeing my entire roof torn off. The office manager, Denise made scheduling the three projects simple and reliable. The work crew did fantastic work as well. Only positive experiences for some stressful rebuilds. I'm happy to provide more details, if needed. Overall this is my strong recommendation that if you want timely work completed to high standards — look no further. They far exceeded my expectations!! A+++
