  Called and made appointment for an evaluation/estimate. Zach came out on 12/04/2023 as scheduled, no problem. Very professional and polite. Said he would get the estimate together within a day or two and send so i could look over and schedule the work. Even gave a rough price estimate in person before leaving so I'd have a rough idea which I appreciated. Waited about a week until rain was in the forecast, ended up contacting another company who had the work complete before I ever heard anything back from Zach. Never received an email. Unfortunate because I was ready to have the work done immediately once I received the estimate.

  Because of the date, we know who you are. And you are 100% correct. We did drop the ball on that. Our mistake. Although it shouldn’t have been on you, we wish you could have reached out. We hope to make it up to you in the future. We will be changing the ways we follow up with our customers as well.

  Working with Russell at Harford roofing was a great experience. He was professional, punctual and able to answer all questions. Communication was a definite plus. I found getting estimates from other companies to be tedious and lacking in quality. Our new roof is now complete.

  Absolutely phenomenal experience. From the initial visit with Russell, the the end product. Russell was not pushy at all, explained everything perfectly and gave such a positive vibe towards the company, I had to choose them to do our new roof! They were finished in a day and it looks absolutely amazing! 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!

  Russell came out to check my roof and cupola. He was very honest and helpful during the process. I would recommend Harford Roofing & Exteriors to anyone in need of exterior work on their home. It was a comfortable, friendly experience with no hassle.

  Harford roofing and exteriors is a great company. I called them to get an estimate for my roof and gutters to be replaced. From Day one they were communicating with me about time of arrival and explain to me in detail what I would need to have done in a way that I understood what was going on. They have a hard working team who works hard at what they do. They are very professional and respectful and they clean up after themselves very well. I recommend Harford roofing and exteriors to anyone who is looking to have roof replacement done. I was really impressed 👏 GREAT JOB!!

  They did my grandparents roof and made the process super easy! They helped with the insurance process and all. Haven’t had any issues since the repair!
