  Worse company ever!!! Horrible customer service and very rude owner. He doesn’t care about his work or what gets damaged. Please find another roofer. This guy is really really bad at what he does. His 2.6 review rating is too high for his work. He need zero rating. Won’t return calls and is nasty as they come. Update: roof was suppose to be fixed and After this weeks rainfall. And look. The 3rd photo is from Weds. 12/11. DO NOT USE THEM. Not only are the horrible at roofing but they don’t stand by their jobs and have horrific customer service.

  The smell of fumes & chemicals is extremely strong it literally burns your nose. I don’t see how what they’re using to fix these roofs is legal. Literally a health hazard. ⚠️ 0/10!

  They did a roofing job at my apartment building and destroyed all my plants, and when I confronted them, he said it's too hot to be complaining. Hey buddy, you chose to be a roofer. Instead of saying my bad. I'd like to be compensated for the time and materials I bought.

  I called them twice for an estimate. Woman said they would call me back each time, and never did. I wound up calling another roofer and they did a great job. I’d recommend not calling Hackensack Roofers.

  The worst-managed business of all time! They demanded $8,000 upfront in cash for an $11,000 job. They refused to provide a receipt for the cash payment. Instead of removing the old roof as promised, they stapled new shingles over the old roof. They damaged the metal corner brackets and said they would return to fix their mistake. Now they're ignoring my phone calls. There's a giant square dent in my lawn from a heavy platform they placed there with a crane. The dent filled with rainwater and looks like a swimming pool, and again they're ignoring my calls.

  I contracted with John A. to install an attic fan. He was reliable, caring, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. He removed all the debris and left the work side clean.He's the rare worker who takes pride in his work and cares about his customer.

  After many years, it was time to replace my roof. Hackensack Roofing was the best choice. Their estimate and bid were more than competitive. The team was professional. They left my property every day as clean as they found it. I am really pleased with the new roof, gutters and gutter guards. They addressed some issues that an old home can have. (roof vent). I gladly recommend Hackensack Roofing and the entire team.

  Great company to do business with competitive pricing. Angel is very professional and easy to reach. We have used this company 3x in the last 2 years. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!!

  They worked hard in completing my roof and putting in gutters. They were professional, hard workers, and cleaned up well. Kudos to Henry's crew and John Adkins for organizing the great job! Also did a good clean up!

  My grandmother has used Hackensack Roofing for years. My sister and I bought my grandmother's house and continue to use Hackensack Roofing. The work they have done on the house was great. The sales person, Mike, was upfront and truthful on when the work can be completed. Mike is now retired and surely missed. The new person, Angel, is so unreliable. Angel says one thing and does not come through. We are still waiting on a job from Hackensack Roofing to begin (this has been since September). When we call Angel, he does not return our calls. I called the main number today to report shingles that fell from the roof due to the wind storm on Christmas Eve. At least the person on the phone was upfront and informed me that they were busy and that I would get a call in the New Year. I like the work of this company, but Angel, who works for them is not honest. This makes the company look bad. I would appreciate another sales rep doing business with me. I hope this company does not loose business. I would have given a five star review, but I gave it a three based on what is happening now. I did not want to be unfair and give it an one star review based on an employee's performance.

  Honest and trustworthy company. My neighbor recommended them for leak in my roof that was penetrating into my attic. They took two days to come out. They arrived promptly and were able to immediately assessed the problem and provided solutions. Their pricing was fair and I feel confident that they did a through job.
